All Valley Car Care in Gilbert (McQueen and Guadalupe) were so kind to me on a VERY HOT afternoon, recently. I called them to see if I could bring in my car, which had started blowing hot air on my way to an appointment. I was told I could bring my car in as soon as I hung up with them. They were able to tell and show me what caused my air to stop blowing cold air. It was something I did to my car that caused it to blow hot air. They were so kind and didn't charge me for checking out my car. I will go back to them whenever I have a need to service my car. Thank you to the two gentlemen that helped me on that HOT DAY. All valley car care has always been amazing and lower prices than anyone around on replacing our hydraulic motor mounts on our 2020 Chevy Silverado in one day. Amazing customer service as well! Thank you for taking such good care of us and putting our mind at ease before our road trip!

I am from New York originally and I have never had a garage take such great care of me they are wonderful in every way! They are honest and the work is perfection! I can’t thank them enough. Nobody wants thier vehicle to break but eventually it will. And when it does happen you wnat to be able to feel confident in a repair place however the auto repair industry isn't known for showing large amounts of integrity. All valley not only showed me integrity they exceeded it. Repair was made, at a reasonable price which I was happy with. However a couple days later the problem wasn't resolved and I had yo being it back. Note: I understand this can happen. The part was defective and All Valley was more than cooperative fixed it and was apologizing profusely. The aspect of them fixing a manufacturer defective part not saying oh its something else trying to make a quick buck was more than impressive. All valley impressed me big time. I hope my vehicle won't need another repair but when it does I will definitely be using them again. As I will also share my experiences with friends who may need a auto repair eventually.
