Arizona Auto Repair

Went to get A/C fixed. It was an electrical problem. They looked for every way to save me money and the price of the complete repair was MUCH cheaper than other places were quoting. There was no pressure to get more work done, and they actually fixed the problem. Honest, polite, and patient throughout the whole process. Will definitely be going back for other repairs in the future.

Three years ago, a friend recommended Surprise Car Care. We have been so pleased with their work that we wait until we come to Arizona to have work done on either of our cars. We live in Colorado! We highly recommend this shop.

Mike, Mark, and the staff at Surprise Car Care are on top of their game when it comes to taking care of your vehicle and customer care service is top notch. I highly recommend that you at least check them out! It'll be worth your time if you want a " peace of mind " experience.

On Dec, 3, 2020, my wife decided to take her vehicle in to this shop for a repair because of the positive reviews. It was made ample clear to the manager on the phone and in person that the car was needed before 3pm in order to pick up our child from school. We dropped it off around 915am. He agreed it would be done well before that. I even made it ample clear with the hispanic lady at the desk. Four times, Four times, this was mentioned in total and no objection or warning that it would finished at a later time. We all know that feeling of panic if our children are not picked up on time at school. My wife called around 1:30 to get a status and they said it wasnt even being worked on yet. She told them she was stopping by to pick it up immediately. She had to pay for an Uber to get there. No offer for a shuttle was made! She arrived and wallah, they were suddenly beginning to work on it! She told them to put the tires back on and she was out of there by 2:45pm. A half day wasted on would be small repair that was never done. I dont even chalk this up to a miscommunication error because we told them a total of 4 TIMES if it could be done before 3pm. I spoke with the manager over the phone 12/4/20 and he apoligized, of course, however he made sure to jab me with a "I cant completely apologize" because he had a "training employee" excuse. Any customer service numb nuts knows that it dosnt cost anything to just give a full excuse and be done with it. The fact that this manager had to jab me with something other than a full apology is a red flag. Dont go here expecting these ppl to be honest with you.

I was impressed with the work I had done at Surprise Car Care. They took pictures of what had to be fixed and called me and answered all my questions. The car was finished when promised. I definitely recommend them.

This visit was for replacing main power harness. They did a good job but severely under estimated time it would take. Was told I would have it by lunch and when it was done it was an after hours pick up the same day. Also they forgot to reconnect my engine temp sensor plug. I will continue to use them as I have received excellent service from them in the past. They are still the best place in town.

I took my step sons BMW here for a new radiator. They did the repair quickly and communicated with me about the progression of the work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend them for you car repairs!!

I had a bad experience with my previous mechanic. A friend referred me here and I couldn’t be happier! They were thorough with everything. I love that they send you an electronic copy of the inspection with pictures of what they found. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend.

Surprise car care has worked on my wife’s car a few times now. They get us right in and well taken care of. Love that they send a text while my wife’s car is being worked on showing the status of the car so I can see for myself instead of just taking the mechanics word. Nice added value!
