Surprise car care dropped the ball with us twice now. The first time our truck ran worse after they worked on it, then claimed it was because it's a classic, and they don't normally work on those. It's an 86 Bronco and had a bad distributor, which another shop diagnosed and fixed same day. I was able to get a partial refund, but there was a lot of attitude from the service writer before the owner finally stepped in and helped. This time I set an appointment online which was accepted and confirmed by them. I need a seal replaced which is about a 1-2 hour job at most. I figured it may be an overnight stay due to parts. I got a call from Gary an hour before my appointment and he said it would take "At least a week" to fix because they still had 12 vehicles from last week waiting to get worked on. Why in the world would you accept and confirm more appointments if your that backed up? Thankfully, Gruelichs auto in Surprise said they could get us in today, and have it done by tomorrow. Safe yourself the hassle and go there first.

Mike, Mark, Richard, Are the best honest guys I meet.They kept me informed evert step they were doing to car. They work with me on cost on the car to get it fix. I went to 3 different mechanics and no one would help. This is great place to go to fix your car. They are straight up people. Hard to find honest good mechanics.
