I trusted Carmen for many years. My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars at his shop in good faith that he was providing us with honest advice and a fair price. After spending nearly $2,700 on a full tune up on my 2000 Dodge Ram (including front and rear differential flush and inspection) my rear differential went out just weeks later. He advised me that it will be another $3,500+ to rebuild it or $2,700 to get a re manufactured rear diff installed. After he charged me $180 to fill the diff back up with oil and seal it back up I took my truck down to AZ Differential Specialists and they completed the rebuild for less than $1,100 out the door including a 1 year warranty. They advised me that there is no excuse for missing this when they serviced the differentials and that Dodge trucks are notorious for rear diff problems around the 100k mile mark. This repair could have and should have been very minor if they would have inspected the differential like I paid them to do in the first place just weeks earlier. And why the $2,500 price difference for the rebuild? I have completely lost faith in this company and can assure you that I will no longer refer anyone to them. This makes me wonder how much they have taken advantage me and my family over the years. They have lost a very loyal customer for life.

Guy at the front desk is a complete a** hole. I found a different shop that did the work $250 less then this shop. Came to pick up my car and they charged $40 for the diagnosis which they told me nothing about and I didn't sign anywhere stating that there was such a charge. The guy was full of himself telling me that I'll be back and I won't find cheaper. Will never do business here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are amazing. They fixed my brakes and were very honest and fair. Another shop tried ripping me off with unnecessary repairs and Mike and the guys here helped me and gave me a great deal! The customer service here is top notch and they do great work for fair prices. This is now my go to auto shop. I can't trust anywhere else!
