Arizona Auto Repair

Every time I brought my car to this repair shop, (which is quite a few times actually) Mike and his team were very professional. I know nothing about cars, so I have always been a bit reluctant when I had to bring my car to a repair shop, however Mike always took the time to explain everything to me and he never rushed/pushed me into doing repairs on my car that was not necessary. This is what I love the most about this shop, their friendliness (you always feel welcomed, as soon as you go through the door) and their professionalism. I would recommend this location to anybody, in fact this is what I have been doing and my friends have always been happy with their services.

I am the kind of person that doesn't know very much about cars and when I brought in mine, for the first time to Desert Car Care 8 months ago, it had a lot of issues. The Manager took time to explain everything to me and make sure that I understood. I had to do a lot of repairs on my car over the months, but now it works like a new one! I recently brought it in for an oil change and Mike and the team took great care of me. I am really grateful for finding them and I highly recommend their services and their reasonable prices!!

I came in due to brake problems I was having with my car. I had gone to brake plus prior to arriving here who tried lying to me and charging me 500 dollars on a master cylinder plus more that wasn't needed. Mike helped me out and literally saved me from being ripped off. He was super nice and made sure to take the time to get a right diagnosis for my car...It turns out I only needed my brakes bled and new brake pads. They gave me a great deal and were very understanding and very fair with prices. It's hard to find a shop you can trust. I'll definitely be coming back. A very honest shop with great customer service!

Carmen shop is awesome. I feel very comfortable with both my vehicles and sent several friends there as well. All have had a positive experience.

Needed my A/C problem diagnosed. Mike and his team were able to pinpoint the problem rather than throwing their hands up and making me spend more money than necessary. Ended up being a blown fuse. The previous shop wanted me to buy a whole new instrument cluster. In other words, they couldn't identify the specific problem. However, Mike and his team fixed the problem for a reasonable price and i was out the door wit a working A/C. These guys are okay in my book. Try em out!

I would recommend them to anyone!! First time there today they had my car in and out in less than 2 hours. It was so much cheaper to fix then I ever imagined. So thankful for the honesty and great service. We will be going here for all our car needs in the future!!

Carmen is fantastic! Had some lift kits put on my vehicles when no one else wanted to touch them and they exceeded expectations by far! Great place for just about anything..
