If you want to waste your money take your car here. I had a squeezing noise and I was given a list of things that needed to be done. One which was to put new breaks on. Which I had done recently. They said because they were rusty. We do have them do the recommended repair on the sleeking noise which meant a new part. Which they knew the squeak was still a problem and sent me on my way. We are new to the area and I had heard good things. But honestly this was a pretty awful experience. On the follow up questionnaire about service I got errors on the four times I tried to give them honest feedback. Seems maybe on purpose. I still have the squeak and they took several days while the car sat in the lot. Man this was an aweful experience. I can’t afford to have them say it’s something else. I would not ever use this company again.

The staff was very thorough examining my vehicle and the oil change was actually cheaper than many other places I've used. I greatly appreciate the service and professionalism they provide for me and my family.

After our 2014 Hyundai Elantra was stolen and left idling for hours, we had serious concerns not only about mechanical damage, but also carbon monoxide exposure inside the vehicle. Jason and his team at All Valley conducted a full mechanical evaluation and confirmed that the vehicle was safe to operate, carefully checking for any underlying issues related to the theft and extended engine operation. Most importantly, after picking up the car, I personally performed a carbon monoxide test using a CT-300 detector — and the results came back 0.00 ppm, confirming the vehicle was now safe for use by my family, including our two small children. Their integrity, communication, and respect throughout the process gave us peace of mind and helped us restore normalcy. The care and professionalism they provided made a difficult situation manageable — and for that, we are truly thankful. All Valley Car Care has our full trust and highest recommendation.
