Mark and his team had to deal with a tough problem. I had warning indicator lights coming on, like my airbag and transmission. This was very concerning. After doing a complete analysis, they had to replace a clock spring in my steering wheel. This was very expensive and very time consuming but when they were done it was done correctly. I'm pleased that I get a one year warranty on the part and a two year warranty on labor should the problem reoccur.

Mark took such good care of my Highlander. He also looked into something I brought up and he made everything right! A very satisfied customer.

Kevin and the team really provided a great experience. I came in with several questions/issues, they worked hard replicate the issues including multiple technicians driving my car to listen/look for the problems I’d described, they didn’t perform any work without my permission, and the pricing was very fair. Also - as old fashioned as it sounds, I appreciated that Kevin took time to personally shake my hand when I dropped off the car and when I paid, a little courtesy goes a long way. I’ll certainly be back.

New manager Kevin is a kind guy. I was at work and needed my brakes changed months ago. Asked if they could pick the car up from my job (only up the road) but he sent his mechanics they got the job done and I’m a very happy customer! My car had been diagnosed at a major car company service center. The charge to replace an HVAC door actuator was $1076.00. All Valley was recommended to me by my neighbor. They were so friendly and did the same work for $387.00 the same day. I was so pleased with the quick service and the great price! I will definitely be returning to them for future service.
