Arizona Auto Repair

When I brought my car in to get my AC repaired every one there was very nice and professional. My A.C. is working great and they did an inspection on my car for repairs that need to be done. I am a mechanic by trade and I will always use them for all my repairs.

My battery was failing, I had a sick mother in the hospital, Toyota was not helpful. I called, the manager waited for me, hooked me up with a new battery and I was on my way. They are open until 7 - very handy.

Surprise Car Care has been servicing my vehicles for several years now. I continue to do business with them simply for their prices and honesty. Great mechanics, quick turn-a-round times and always keep me and my finances in mind. No haggle, No BS. I recommend Surprise Car Care to all my friends and family.

Had a problem and they fixed it. Also gave me some oversite on how my prized possession is doing. Very honest and work in a timely manner. I always hate going to the shop because who knows what type of expense will be written up. As an auto tech student I know what needed to be done just didn't have the resources. They were to the point and gave a great run down on how my car was doing. Repair and a few things done later... everything works as it should. I have found my new shop!!

I'll Pass for sure.....in my opinion, it's not a reliable place to take your vehicle. Mike told me that he will swing by my house to pick up the vehicle so he can service my 91 Dodge W250. But did not showed up to pick up the vehicle nor called me back after leaving numerous messages. After numerous attempts to find out when could I take the vehicle back for service, I gave up because he never called back. So I guess he doesn't want to service my vehicle due to lack of experience in older vehicle or may be it just not profitable for him to take my business. Either way, he should of called me back or told me when I took it in the first time. It's little shady way to communicate to go elsewhere. I hope it doesn't happen to other customer but I'm not happy that he couldn't be more honest about it, when honest mechanics are hard to find. FYI- He never called back even after this negative feedback. I would have if I was in his shoe but I guess it didn't stop him to complaining it to Yelp to remove my review for lack of detail descriptions. So here you go Mike.

I have been coming here for gosh, at least 6 maybe 7 years I can’t remember exactly. But these guys are straight up people! They’re honest folks and they get you in asap to take care of your vehicle! Thanks guys!!!

My favorite place to take my car in the valley. Several of my coworkers go here as well. The customer service we receive is exceptional!!!

I love this place: friendly, good communicators, and the best prices in town. They are really reliable and can fix ANYTHING!

Very upset and disappointed. I took my vehical in to get a few things done, including a tire rotation. They replaced a few lug nuts that were stripped while doing the tire rotation. So i pay for the new lug nuts and go on my way. The next day my hubby goes to change the brakes to find the new lug nuts are a different shape and/or size, they are also stripped. I had to go buy new ones and take my car to ANOTHER shop to get the "new" lug nuts off. It cost me over $100 to fix their mistake! I call Mike at desert car and he tells me that if it was such a big issue i should have brought it in today (3 days after they had it, because they were closed the last 2 days) so we could look at it. 1. I go into work before they open. 2. I have errands to run on my lunch brake. 3. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! oh and he proceeded to tell me he did me a favor because he didn't charge me to remove my old lug nuts. I thought they were great at first. They made accommodations for me to dropped of at work on Saturday. They also picked me up at the end of the day so i could get my car. He called to tell me things they noticed needed to be done (IE: brake pads and lug nuts). They were also fair in their pricing! I would have definitely went back. Dont ever blame your customer for something that is not their fault and you failed to mention!
