After 30 years of working in the auto industry as a ASE certified technician, I retired. I have worked for over 15 years at a local Buick dealership in Peoria AZ. In all my time working on people's vehicles I always had the mindset that I was working on a vehicle that belonged to family! I would go the extra mile to confirm diagnosis and proper repair. (You don't want p*ss off family). I recently took my daughter's 08 Ford Escape with almost 200,000 miles on it to have both lower control arms replaced. The guys at All Valley were excellent to deal with. Mark gave me a fair price for the repair and it was done as quoted. I'm very happy to have found All Valley Car Care, they have become my choice for service work in the future because they treat you like family.

I broke down outside of Phoenix and they were able to fix my alternator and belt all under 3 hours. They even were nice enough to stay after closing. Great people and great service.

The literally rebuilt the inner workings of my car. Its a 98' BMW 740i, that had a blow engine, and a host of other maladies. I figured the work would take WEEKS.. nope... about 6 days! Mark communicated with me throughout the process. The car runs like new!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If your vehicle is in need of repair, highly recommend All Valley Car Care on Bell Road in Surprise. This shop is experienced and prices are reasonable. Moreover, the service manager there (Mark) is very helpful in explaining the repairs needed and in providing fair price quotes. Over two visits, I’ve had front brake pads and rotors done, radiator replaced, added new hood struts, and windshield wipers. I waited both times, so service is timely and delivered as promised. By the way, if you have to wait for your repair, “My Daddy’s Italian Bakery” is a short block away and worth a visit.

We had a great experience here with our Jeep Patriot. The diagnosed the problem, gave and estimate and provided a finish time. All of the information was correct and the car was done on-time as promised. Great communication throughout the process we will definitely use them again!

I can not express how great my experience has been. They have gone above and beyond helping me and making things as easy as possible. Being a single mom and a full time student this was one of the less stressful things I have delt with. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you to everyone especially the manager!
