For myself, I would not take my vehicles to anybody else. From the owner who communicates with me directly to his employees who do fantastic work. Surprise car care is very fair and thorough. I am a car guy and I usually take care of all of my vehicles but with my busy lifestyle now I trust them with my vehicles and I know that they will get it done professionally and I will not have any Issues. Definitely 5 stars!

Great service, trustworthy, and reliable!! Back on the road in a little as 48 hours. Had to return for a loose mounting bracket that was missed after vehicle was returned. Service advisor called immediately to have the issue resolved the next day. Very busy and can be a cluster when attempting to find parking. Overall, would greatly recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced, great place to save money compared to the average service at a dealership.
