EDIT!*I HAVE TRIED TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE ACTUAL OWNER TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM, TO WHICH THE OWNER MADE THE MANAGER, WHO SCREWED ME OVER, CALL ME AND LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I DO NOT WISH TO SPEAK WITH MARK FORD. FUNNY THING IS, I GOT MY AC REPAIRED TODAY, & WHEN I MENTIONED THAT I TRIED TO GET IT FIXED AT ANOTHER SHOP(DID NOT EVEN MENTION ALL VALLEY,) THE WORKER ASKED IF IT WAS MARK FORD!! Which made me laugh! He said that they get a lot of customers coming in to fix issues that All Valley does after taking their vehicles there. And the AC issue I got fixed today by another shop was fair priced and wasn’t even the problem that All Valley tried to tell me it was!!!!!! I’d like to speak to the owner directly. I will not let this go until this issue is resolved! This was some of the worst business I have ever had dealing with a repair shop! If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst car shop in the valley, by far. Never dealt with such a scam and such poor customer service. READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FIRST CAUSE THEY ARE ALL VALID. Took my car in twice for AC issues. Paid for the first problem that wasn’t fixed. Then paid for the second problem that wasn’t fixed. I knew immediately that I was getting ripped off as soon as I came into the shop the second time to get my car. Their energy was off and the customer service there is lacking. First time I came in, they were super nice. Second time…they acted sooooo weird!! Sucks cause as a woman, you want to trust that you won’t be taken advantage of. They said I needed a few things the first time…then I came back and they said it was something completely different. I checked under the hood and the one piece that they said isn’t working, is actually working. Which is hilarious to me. I won’t be coming back. I don’t care if you reply to this either, it’ll go on deaf ears. I had a pretty weird experience with the manager. Also, the other guy…as soon as I walked into, no “hey how’s it going” he just told me as soon as I walked up to the counter “go sit down” with a Neanderthal look on his face. Which was so weird!!! You could see the frustration all over the managers face as he finally talked to me and muttered “God damn it!” under his voice. It was confusing and overpriced. Super rude. I talked to my friend who has built the same car that I have and he even told me what to look at and see if it’s working and how much each piece actually costs. I feel totally ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this shop ever. There are plenty of other shops that you can take your car to and trust that they’ll actually fix it without overcharging for labor/parts. All in all, I lost over $550+ with another $480 they were attempting to milk from me to pay for a condenser fan and cooling fan assembly. So all together, they wanted $1,033 just to fix my AC. Which is absolutely outrageous! I have a young child as well, so rolling around as a single mom in this heat with two failed attempts and now hundreds of dollars I just lost is A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Never again. And this is a fair warning to anyone who’s not a gear head wanting to get a fair price and your car actually fixed. I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN HERE. -customer service skills are severely lacking -over priced and over charged -now my car is even squeaker than when I brought her in, so there’s another thing I have to go fix elsewhere which wasn’t even the main issue to be fixed here -Lied about a part needing to be fixed, when checked properly, it didn’t need to be fixed AT ALL Fair warning…find another place. Willhem is super good and trusted. Don’t know why I didn’t just go there in the first place. Plus they’ll pay for you to take an uber home and back to the shop w/o question, like when I asked for a Lyft back home at this shop…the manager said “he could butttttt” I just said never mind…I’ll get my own Lyft. Which I did. Joke of a shop. Shady people. Poor customer service. I will be contacting the owner directly to dispute these charges because TWO TIMES I was charged for crap that never got fixed.
