Arizona Auto Repair

Today was my first visit to the Gilbert facility. I used to go to the one in Scottsdale before they closed down. The manager, Benjamin, at this Gilbert shop greeted me as soon as I walked in. He listened to what I had to say about my car's problems and immediately set the wheels in motion. Within a couple hours, my car was ready. The waiting room is very comfortable, large screen TV , comfy leather sofa, coffee machine...... everything just great. But Benjamin is the reason customers will come back.

But Benjamin is the reason customers will come back. **************************************************** Well, driving home my car made the same noise. I called Benjamin back and he said to bring the car back in the morning. I did....and he was kind enough to pay for a Lyft ride back to my apt and also return when work was done. I received a call and the mechanic believed it was the other shock/strut.....so replaced that one as well (Now an $810 expense for two days). Got the car back by 3:30pm.....drove it home and still have the same noise! I cannot afford to put more money into guesstimates...being my car is 16 years old. I am just a bit disappointed....do not blame Benjamin at all......just the situation!

The gents at All Valley Car Care in Surprise have helped me tremendously with my old vehicle. They offer honest and thorough service and give detailed options of maintenance. I won't take my Sequoia anywhere else!

As always, the gents at All Valley Car Care have been amazing and took care of my car needs. I got a thorough oil change and recommendations on future work. I’ll certainly be going back soon!

We recently started going to All Valley for both of our trucks. They’ve done extensive work on them for fair rates and have finished big jobs quickly. Anytime that we’ve had questions or concerns they’ve been able to answer them. I truly appreciate Mark and everyone at the shop.

The manager/owner of the shop with many decades of experience was a pleasure to learn from and work with. He knew more about the computer aspect of our prius than 2 other Toyota service advisors. He even did a reset of the Prius computer "hard drive" and memory that helped it's mileage.

Finding an honest local repair facility for a VW Touareg has been challenging and for the most part disappointing… and over priced until I discovered All Valley Car. I’ve recommended several friends and they were also appreciative of the care & pricing they received. Trust is earned at this business!
