Our car was leaking coolant badly and had to be towed into the shop. The folks at Carmens had it repaired quickly. I was kept informed of repairs that were needed, the price and expected time when the car would be ready. It was on time and at the price quoted. When another related problem occurred, it was repaired promptly at no additional charge. The folks here are courteous, professional, nice to work with and VERY good at what they do. Really, the best experience I've had with ANY auto repair shop.

Went here to find an honest mechanic. Found one! James was patient, thorough and the price was terrific. My truck is very happy. I'll definitely return (well I do hope I never see him again but y'know) when the time calls for it. Very, very happy with the quality of work performed.

Horrible experience they had my car for 3 days, I told them my check engine light was on and the reader was showing misfire. They told me it’s the valves and timing belt and wanted $2,000 to fix it. I asked for them to hold off on doing the work and when I went to pick up the the car was smoking horrible which it was not doing that before I took it in, I had another mechanic look at the car after the smoking incident and he didn’t even need tools to unscrew the bolts. They didn’t even but the car back together like they should have instead they half did their job and had my motor oil leaking to where all the oil would have left my car dry and has serious problems. In conclusion the valves were just fine and the timing belt was not needing to be changed and what needed to be fix cost $50 and I paid less then $400 to get my car completely fixed. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE OF SCAMMERS!!!! Service: General repairs & maintenance

We went to 2 mechanics (including the dealership) with the check engine light on and no one fixed our issue. it would turn back on the day after each time "they fixed it" We were recommended by a friend here and they fixed our issue right away!
