This was my first time at Surprise Car Care. They treated me like royalty. They did a brake job, replaced my battery and took care of some other things. By far the best auto shop in Gilbert if not the whole valley. Had multiple things wrong with my 2005 trailblazer including a little bit of engine trouble. The shop went right to work on my vehicle and was ready to go the very next day. EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY!! After a few days I received a txt from Michael checking up making sure that everything was still good with the vehicle and if I needed anything else. Awesome service, very professional and decent pricing for the work. I'm definitely making Gilbert Car Care my go to shop for anything else in the future. Will definitely be back for sure.

Had to bring my car three times for fuel pump replacement, hopefully it is done correct this time. Really thought this place had great reviews but in my case sadly disappointed. Well car died the next day and had to have it towed again. Now mechanic error. GEEZE NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Our car was leaking coolant badly and had to be towed into the shop. The folks at Carmens had it repaired quickly. I was kept informed of repairs that were needed, the price and expected time when the car would be ready. It was on time and at the price quoted. When another related problem occurred, it was repaired promptly at no additional charge. The folks here are courteous, professional, nice to work with and VERY good at what they do.
