I have been coming to Surprise Car Care for years. We only have one car between my husband and I now. So we really need it to work. I took my old car here and now I bring my current car here. So when the car broke down we brought it in and they had in fixed in a hurry. And it cost way less than what we expected. So I didn't have to miss any work or break the bank! Carmen and his team have always been amazing! Best guy in town! When my Honda was still under warranty and the dealership told me lies, Carmen was honest and saved me a bunch of money. He has worked on several cars in my family and we love him. With my Ford having an unidentifiable problem, his team worked for a week trying to get the darn thing to act up for them. It has yet to have the same problem since but I know if it does, that they will fix it up right for me. 😊

The guys did some routine maintenance work (flush and refill a couple of fluids). Nothing different than previous visits - efficient, friendly, on time. That's why I keep coming back.

Eric was amazing. I will be returning to All Valley Car Care Gilbert because of Eric's attitude and the way he broke down what I needed for my car. He is a very trustworthy individual. Plus my oil change was done in a fast pace while I sat in the lobby, that provided cold water and hot coffee. Definitely my new go to car spot!
