They did a great job with my Ford escape! They had a full lot but they were still able to service me within a couple of days. I needed work done on my coolant bypass valve. They were very kind to me and not pushy like other car places can be. I felt comfortable there! I will definitely go again and recommend to others. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Although very nice they over quoted me by 300 hundred dollars, 2 calls later I found a mechanic that saved me that money and did the job right. Just my experience.

My car was leaking and they called me the next day as promised to give me both their diagnosis and cost estimate. Very professional and very thorough in their explanations. The car was delivered to me on time and in excellent condition. On top, they're cordial. Highly recommendable.

I have always been absolutely impressed with their service. I have taken my 2013 Mazda 3 to Surprise Care Care twice. 1. Maintenance check: brake and suspension system repair including a damaged engine mount replacement, and 2. A gas tank leak and a damaged fuel line.
