The only thing I hate is paying for labor on a battery. They should throw that in. Everyone is great here. I know as a man I should replace it myself but if you are buying something from somebody, then I expect great service.

Took my Benz here after being told I had an "electrical nightmare" by another shop and estimated it to be over $1K. Surprise Car Care found and repaired the issue the same day for 75% less than quoted at the other place! I had another small issue that Mike and his team fixed again the same day also at a very good price compared to the dealer. A follow up call a few days later from the owner proved that Surprise Car Care stands out from the crowd. For honest auto repair at a fair price this is the place to go!

My family has been going to Carmen for 15+ years and through the many different vehicles, he has always helped us keep our cars running well, been honest about what needed to be done (and what didn't) and went out of his way to take care of us. It is nice to have a service provider that you can trust and feel good about working with. I have lived in Litchfield Park and Chandler, and still gone the distance to take my vehicle to Carmen's.

Brought my vehicle in for 60K mile check up. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked what it would cost and was informed that it started at $85 and went up depending on the work that needed to be done. I asked them to call with the amount prior to starting the work. After 4 hours I still hadn't heard anything so I called back. I was put on with the mechanic who informed me that he had already changed the air filters and was balancing and rotating the tires. I asked the cost and was told $285. I told him I could get the work done cheaper at the dealership and his response was, "what do you want me to not do". I responded, "You were supposed to call me before starting any work". His response was "What do you want me to not do". I told him I don't want you to do anything I will be by to pick up my vehicle. I strongly recommend that you don't go to All Valley Car Care Phoenix unless you want to get ripped off.

Check engine light came on in Wikieup late on Friday night. One of my family members has had work done here before and recommended them. They got me in on short notice and stayed late to finish the job. Was reasonably priced too.

Had a great experience at carmans. Thought I had a throttle position sensor problem so I took it to him to have it looked at. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed in a matter of a few hours. Very knowledgable and was able to explain what the problem was so that I could understand it. Great job

Carmen is a very good mechanic who will not rip you off. He treats you like family. Fair and honest.

I thought the clutch went out in my car because shifting became increasingly difficult. I took my car to All Valley Car Care Phoenix, and they discovered that my brakes were the real problem. The cost of the repair was still reasonable, and my car was back on the road in 24 hours.
