Arizona Auto Repair

Went there today. Called yesterday to let them know I was dropping off my car before open (6:30am) for a check-up. It wasn't until I called at 2:45pm that I found out that my car had been ready for hours and that they had done work on my car without my authorization. They also found some issues with the car but didn't even offer to fix it. I was stuck paying something I never even authorized. In my previous experience from numerous garages. I'm used to the oil change being done...THEN a call from someone telling me the oil change has been done, any issues they found with my car, and if I want them to fix it that day as well as estimates. This never happened at All Valley Car Care Phoenix. Next time I'll stick with better known garages instead of picking somewhere close to my job. On a more personal note I don't like how it smells like an ash tray in there. Also think it's unprofessional how they let dogs in and out of the office.

Fair and honest!! Work was done when promised, at the price quoted and followed up to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs. They have won my business.

I read all of the great 5 star reviews and wanted to give this shop a chance. Big mistake! My car was misdiagnosed by Mike...he ordered an unnecessary part which I did not even need soaking me for $350.00 then quotes me an additional $1800.00 to fix the car. I then took another mechanic who fixed the problem for $340.00 out the door. Save yourself some money, time, and aggregation pick another shop...and Mike stop having your friends write all of these BS 5 star reviews!!!

I have never been to a better auto repair shop. They were very thourough in diagnosing my car's issue. Rather than jumping the the most expensive fix, they took extra time to figure out the issue and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best customer service experience I have witnessed at a repair shop. My husband and I will be coming here for all of our servicing needs in the future and will be recommending to friends! Thank you guys again!

We drive an older car (2005) and Mike and his guys are always upfront and honest about what really needs to be done currently and what will probably be needed in the future. I feel very lucky to have discovered Surprise Car Care upon moving to the Valley last summer. As a female I always feel comfortable that he's not trying to take advantage of me like so many other repair garages would.

Our experience with Surprise Car Care has been wonderful! Mike is straight forward and very informative. I took our vehicle to 3 other shops and was quoted over $1000 more than Mike charged and he only fixed what needed to be done! Imagine that! Every time I left the other shops I felt irritated after all the "Hun" and "Sweetheart" comments. Mike talked to me as an adult even though I don't know much about cars. He takes pride in his work and I'm tempted to drive from LA to Surprise next time I need something done.

Let me start by saying I don't do reviews often but mike and surprise car care deserve it. Everything from oil changes to an engine replacement has been honest, fair, timely and openly communicated. Thanks for everything.
