wow is all I can say. I have finally found a auto repair shop that works for the customer. starting with Richard at the service desk. not only did he keep me informed. but also explained all parts and procedures with me. Richard was great. I had a problem with my a.c. in my truck. (very much needed in az.). they found the problem promptly and fixed it. I do some auto mechanics my self , but this was above me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I sure suncity residents are very proud to have you in their neighborhood. thank again to the crew and special shout out to Richard.

I honestly can't thank this shop enough for the work they've done. Between Jason, Chris, Mark, and the technicians that work directly on my car, the service has been amazing. I knew my car was going to be a big job when we brought it in, but it ended up being a can of worms and turning into a very large project. They kept me updated, answered any questions we had and genuinely wanted what was best for me and my car knowing my circumstances. I'll definitely be coming back to them if I need any future repairs, and would recommend them to anyone I know. Leaving this review on both the Gilbert page and Surprise, because we actually worked with both locations. Thank you guys again! Truly the best.

I’ve been a customer of All Valley Car Care formerly Surprise Car Care for at least 9 years. In that time period, I’ve needed their expertise to keep all my family’s vehicles maintained and safe to drive. The cars I’ve entrusted to All Valley Car Care have ranged from a Ford Expedition, Ford Explorer, Chrysler 300, Hyundai Santa Fe, Hyundai Vera Cruz, Lincoln MKT, and Pontiac Montana. With their numerous locations we’ve been afforded the convenience of timely repairs to our vehicles. The entire staff at all locations have been courteous and professional at all times. Additionally, repair costs have been reasonable when compared to some other local repair shops. My 04 corolla died at the gas station next door today and wouldn’t respond to anything. Pushed it on over to this shop and they were happy to work on it with no notice ahead of time. Dropped off at 9, went to work and she was done at 2. The guys here do a great job and do what they say they’re going to do. Didn’t try to charge extra for anything other than what I asked for. Highly recommend and I’m someone who always tries to do his own repairs. Will definitely come back here for things I don’t feel knowledgeable on!
