My wife and I have taken our vehicles to another auto shop in Phoenix for over a decade. After moving out to Surprise, we realized we really needed to find someone in the Surprise area that we could trust. I needed a laundry list of service done on my F-150 with 150K miles – I sent out a quote request to 3 or 4 different auto shops in the area. All Valley Car Care had very reasonable prices and Mark was very friendly and attentive. Before they did any service on my truck, they did a very thorough multi-point inspection and sent me a report with photos. I really appreciated their mentality of only doing service that was really needed, rather than just charging me for unnecessary maintenance. It is challenging to find good, honest auto repair shops. I highly recommend All Valley Car Care for their honesty, timeliness, and great customer service.

They are always so kind and helpful! I love the full report you get with level of need before they do anything. This allows you to reflect on your budget and prioritize.

I had a windshield washer sensor issue, i have a mitzubishi outlander, part was ordered but it was wrong, not really their fault, found the right part on amazon. Chris suggested i order it myself and that it would save me a 35% markup if they ordered it, I only had to pay for the labor. I appreciate the honesty. Will be back if i have other issues.

Truly Grateful for knowing these guys!!!! I’ve been battling some issues with my FJ for a few years… Evap, O2 Sensors, lights on - This team took time to figure out the TRUE Issues - Communication was Excellent & for the First time in several years, my Truck is Back To Normal - AND !!! Flew thru Emissions with Flying Colors!!!!! THANK You for The Honest & Affordable Service - Ohhh Did I mention we drive from Scottsdale & They took care of my Fiancée’s Denali too - fixed an issue that The Shop in Jackson Hole WY (and local BMW Dealer where it was purchased) charged way too much & couldnt fix!!!!
