What can I say except that I had the same great experience as the others did went in for an oil change and an AC inspection and found out just a flush and refill isn't enough Jason was a star showing me exactly what happened and why the hoses and compressor needed replacing not just saying trust me but showing me I can trust him it also didn't hurt that it was way more affordable then some other shops I called for pricing options as well, I am confident in saying that these guys will treat you right and are going to be my number 1 choice for auto care from here on out for the quality work and the care they took to keep me in the loop

wow is all I can say. I have finally found a auto repair shop that works for the customer. starting with Richard at the service desk. not only did he keep me informed. but also explained all parts and procedures with me. Richard was great. I had a problem with my a.c. in my truck. (very much needed in az.). they found the problem promptly and fixed it. I do some auto mechanics my self , but this was above me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I sure suncity residents are very proud to have you in their neighborhood. thank again to the crew and special shout out to Richard.

I honestly can't thank this shop enough for the work they've done. Between Jason, Chris, Mark, and the technicians that work directly on my car, the service has been amazing. I knew my car was going to be a big job when we brought it in, but it ended up being a can of worms and turning into a very large project. They kept me updated, answered any questions we had and genuinely wanted what was best for me and my car knowing my circumstances. I'll definitely be coming back to them if I need any future repairs, and would recommend them to anyone I know. Leaving this review on both the Gilbert page and Surprise, because we actually worked with both locations. Thank you guys again! Truly the best.
