We are new to the area and concerned about finding an honest, trustworthy automotive shop. I brought my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee to All Vally Car Care and they really took care of us. Their initial diagnosis and feedback was very indepth and detailed. I was not expecting that level of transparency and communication from an auto shop but it really put us at easy knowing the level service being provide was an accurate and honest assessment. All Valley Car Care has done a fantastic job in helping keep my high mileage 10-year old Chevy Silverado truck operating. If there is an issue with a repair they will do what it takes to make it right. Recently I needed engine repair of all my lifters and they performed expert diagnostics and repair at a fair price. Also, in the recent past I had trouble with my AC that was leaking and they were able to find the leak in a faulty part and replace it.

Friendly, honest, reasonable diagnostic rates; seem knowledgeable. Did exactly what they said they would do, and delivered the requested information. I will soon return for the needed repairs.
