I inadvertently called the wrong shop to schedule an inspection/maintenence for my car that had been parked for over a year. The gentleman on the other line was most helpful and professional and was prepared to set up an UBER if needed to get me back home, this was not my experience at a previous business. Although I realized I wasn't calling the shop I thought I was, I was already impressed over the care of my concerns that I couldn't help but keep my appt with All Valley Car Care. The communication was top notch and the service was excellent, the price for repairs fair and they were timely. I do believe they gained a new customer!! Small shop BIG service!!

Came in to do an oil change and the technician found problems with my front brakes. I had no idea that my brakes were bad! They were able to replace the front brakes quickly. I feel fortunate that they found this when they did!
