These guys were very professional and courteous to me right from the beginning. I paid for my f250 to get the A/C fixed and it kept going dead after a few days. They knew how important A/C is here in AZ so had me bring it back in not once, not twice, but three times until they found the problems and made sure my air was working. Mark is an Army vet and his guys are under great leadership so I highly recommend them to anyone.

Today was my first visit to the Gilbert facility. I used to go to the one in Scottsdale before they closed down. The manager, Benjamin, at this Gilbert shop greeted me as soon as I walked in. He listened to what I had to say about my car's problems and immediately set the wheels in motion. Within a couple hours, my car was ready. The waiting room is very comfortable, large screen TV , comfy leather sofa, coffee machine...... everything just great. But Benjamin is the reason customers will come back.

I called Benjamin back and he said to bring the car back in the morning. I did....and he was kind enough to pay for a Lyft ride back to my apt and also return when work was done. I received a call and the mechanic believed it was the other shock/strut.....so replaced that one as well (Now an $810 expense for two days). Got the car back by 3:30pm.....drove it home and still have the same noise! I cannot afford to put more money into guesstimates...being my car is 16 years old. I am just a bit disappointed....do not blame Benjamin at all......just the situation!

The gents at All Valley Car Care in Surprise have helped me tremendously with my old vehicle. They offer honest and thorough service and give detailed options of maintenance. I won't take my Sequoia anywhere else!
