I found Gilbert Car Car on Yelp and I am so happy I did. I am always very hesitant with anything auto because I feel I often get taken advantage of being a woman who knows nothing about cars. However, the experience today was beyond expectation. The man behind the counter (Jason, James, I'm sorry I don't remember!) was kind personable and authentic. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in under 2 hours. I even received a text message with a link to view the updates on my car - which was unexpected and totally awesome! Because of Jason (er. James?) I will definitely be using All Valley Car Care Gilbert moving forward and feel confident they will always be candid and fair with their work. THANK YOU! Came to All Valley Car Care Gilbert (GCC) for suspension issue; spoke with James. Turned out to need parts replaced under manufacturer's warranty. James scoured the entire US to find the parts I needed and had them shipped in at his expense, only to have the manufacturer insist that the work needed to be done at a dealership in order to be covered by warranty. GCC could easily have charged me, at least for an inspection and maybe an alignment, to offset the lost cost of shipping my parts, but were TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL and up-front. To me, TRUST is the single most important attribute for a business to have. I will go back in a heartbeat if I need auto service in the future. Service: Steering/Suspension
