Everyone you encounter is very professional and yet so friendly. A great job was done on both the problems with my vehicle. Went above and beyond to check for any other problems, but luckily everything else was good. I highly recommend Surprise Car Care.

I was in a dire situation today and Carmen's Innovations really stepped to the plate. After just moving to AZ a day ago and having my truck towed here things were not put back together properly. I realized there was a bad vibration and clunking sound when I would drive it. Come to find out this is all the further they put the drive shaft bolts back in (see photos). I was new to town and didn't have any idea who to take it to immediately to get fixed. I began calling around to local shops and everyone was covered up with work and short staffed and booked for days. However, we called Carmen's Innovations and Mike and his crew not only said they'd could do it, but they could do in within the hour. I dropped the truck off and let them look it over. They gave a great online diagnostic inspection report and fixed the issue accordingly. Price, quality, professionalism, and integrity are words I'd describe these guys. Truck is still ticking when we drive and hubby says check oil pressure light is coming on.

i have had my car serviced by these fellas many times and have always been satisfied with the care i’ve gotten. my car has sentimental value to me and they’ve always cared to hear my silly stories and taken great care it. they’ve fixed minor and more major issues and have been nothing but pleasant and personable. they’re responsive and quick and efficient. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
