This was my first time going to a private garage. I’ve always taken my cars to a dealership for repair. This place was highly recommended so I gave them a try with my brake job. It turns out I didn’t need a break job. The Jeep only needed the breaks adjusted!!! I can bet you dollars to doughnuts that would have never happened at the dealership. The communication, follow through and follow up we’re all refreshing. Great confidence in Surprise Car Care. I’ll be a customer in the future again.

Brought my 1968 Buick Riviera in last week to have them evacuate my AC refrigerant to allow me to replace a defective expansion valve. I do most of my own work and this car has been in my family since new. These guys really know their stuff! Not only did they do the refrigerant recovery while I waited but I learned some great tips from the mechanic Paul during the process. In and out in 30 minutes and a third of the price quoted from another shop! Highly recommend. Good people, great value! Thank you. Service: A/c installation & repair

I was referred to surprise car care by my parents I went to fire stone originally like I always do and got a quote about $5000 for things that need to be fixed on my car. I ended up taking it to Suprise Car Care for a second opinion and they helped me out so much! Ended up telling me that I didn't need some thing that fire stone said that I needed. They have been 100% with me and have taken care of me and made me feel like a valued customer there. From now on all my work that I will need done will be at this shop thank you Chris for all your help!

My husband went to All Valley Car Care Gilbert to have our air conditioning fixed in our car. $1500 and four subsequent trips later, our air conditioner still isn't working!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! We have to go back yet again, because it is STILL NOT WORKING!!! We do not recommend taking your car to this place! You'd do better going elsewhere!!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!!

Mike and his crew has taken Excellent care of my Vehicle repairs for about 3 years. I won't let anyone else touch my vehicles. Surprise Car Care is a true Godsend to me and my family.
