I'd never been here before but after my ac directional knob went out I needed a repair in time for the hot weather. I saw great reviews and decided to call. I talked to James and he scheduled me. I was surprised how personable he was as if I was his only customer. He was very prompt on repairs and the price was very reasonable. I would come here again easily for any repair. Great customer service!!!

Very professional and courteous! Rear driver side window didn't close all the way. Sand's Chevrolet was charging me almost twice as much for repair of the window regulator. Great value for your money.

My condenser in my car got a rock through it. I took it to hyundai and they quoted me over $1100 for the repair. I ended up calling Surprise Car care and not only were they so helpful but they were fast and extremely affordable. I’m so happy with the repair and i am going to send everyone here. Richard was such a delight to work with and talk too!

Called to have a leaking motor mount replaced and ac checked for leaks. Although we tried the past two summers to find leaks, the owner said he had a new ac guy in the shop and might have some luck, so we went with it. Dropped the car off this past Friday and received an update shortly after stating that all 3 of my motor mounts were under warranty and they were going to replace the since they were bad. Score. AC guy was also able to find that my two valves had leaking gaskets and was able to repair the ac for two $15 gaskets and a quick vacuum/recharge. Score. Had them do a service maintenance for my transmission fluid since they stated it was old and black and I figured since I saved $$$ on the cost of motor mounts, I may as well spend the money getting my fluids taken care of. They always check in to make sure my issues were resolved and give me timely updates through the day on vehicle status. And what is nice is they take several photos of your vehicle to show you how things look and the wear and tear going on so when they make recommendations they have proof and not just trying to convince you other wise. Also, they are next to a Dutch Bro's so if your wait isn't long you can grab something to drink and hang out. Been going here for 5 years since moving into the neighborhood. They have serviced my '04 Xterra and '17 Traverse.

I had my car towed to carmen's on a sunday,after talking to mark about getting my u joints replaced. They told my Friday that they would start on it first thing Monday. I I reserved a call from the shop Monday morning saying that they were going to get started on my car and give me a call that afternoon well the whole day goes by and I hear nothing. So I call the following day and they tell me that they haven't looked at it yet but will get to it by the end of the day. Well as it turned out they played this game with me a few more days. I call again on Thursday and see how things are going. They proceeded to tell me they had someone out sick and running behind a little and would get to my car on Friday. Well Friday comes and goes with no call from them. I am out of town or else I would have had ot towed to my normal car guy. But come Monday morning after it's been there over a week they still haven't touched my car. When I spoke to them on Tuesday and they said they looked at it finally and that it needs the whole rear end . I asked as they worked on it to keep me up dated with photos. Though the whole process I got no picture and when I went to pick up my car they told me that they towed it to another company to have them work on it. And charge me for the tow. I have had family that has gone to them for over 12 years when carman owned it. He no longer dose and it shows. Not only will I never take my car back there neather will my 7 other family members who recommended them... you might have got yours today but you lose in the long run!!

I have been going to Carmen's for many years. I trust himwith my car repairs, he does not take advantage of you. If it does not need to be done he will not do it. I am very happy with all the work Carmen has done for me.
