Was traveling through AZ with my truck and tow camper when my air conditioner went out.. in August. As I baked in the 118 degree sun, I called a couple of places quoted me around $1800 for parts and labor. That seemed ridiculously high, but so did driving another mile without AC. I decided to get some other quotes and I am SO glad I did... I called Surprise Car Care. They took care of me right away, allowed me a space to unhook my camper, And had me back up and running in a day...I also had them give me a synthetic blend oil change... and it was over $800 less than the other guys!!! It was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. I hope I never break down again, but if I do and I’m within a 100 miles of AZ, I’m going to Surprise Car Care! Thanks Mark et al. at Surprise Car Care. Twice now they have made my car repairs quickly and completely. It's nice to have a reliable garage that is only a fraction of the dealer's overpriced services. I also appreciate the follow-up to ensure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I also greatly appreciate the honesty. I was considering a service that did not really need to happen for another 10,000 miles, and the suggestion was made to hold off for now. An upgrade to that service could lead to damage to my car, which another service never mentioned. Mark was upfront not only in warning me of the potential damage and giving full disclosure, but also not pressuring an unnecessary procedure at this time. Keep that up and everyone will come to you for a lifetime!

The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and professional. They explained what service I needed and gave me a quote of the cost before I made the appointment.. The biggest plus was that the charge for my repair turned out to be significantly less than I was quoted. The reason was that the fluid used in my repair was less expensive than expected and the saving was passed on to me. What a great and pleasant surprise.
