I called the shop wondering if they would be able to replace my motor and transmission mounts. Chris informed me that they absolutely could and he would even be able to get me in and out that same day. He explained to me what they would do and how much it would be. I received a text message showing me everything they inspected and would need attention in the near future(which I felt was pretty cool). Next I received a call stating my truck was ready and not a penny more was added to the total he had quoted me from the beginning. Now my truck drives like new again.

The Surprise Car Care team provided outstanding service and my truck is now brand new. I had to replace the entire engine, something I knew would have to be done for yrs now and not an inexpensive endeavor. I shopped around and not only was the price competitive, the warranty was better and the service was impeccable. I really like the team here at All Valley Car Care in Surprise. This is the only place I take my vehicles to get worked on when I'm not able to fix things myself. I just recently took my buick over due to lack of power. I talked with the team and described the issues I was experiencing. They explained what they think it was and said they would check into that 1st and if the parts were in need of fixing they will do so if not they will be in touch. Next thing you know I receive a call saying your vehicle is ready. I also like the fact that when they give you a price. That's the price I end up seeing at the end of the visit nothing more unlike other places I've gone to. Thanks again All Valley Car Care! See you all again on my next service.

Michael took great care of my vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure it was safe. I went in specifically for suspension issues and in under 24 hours and within my budget my car felt brand new. Very satisfied with my service.
