Everything went perfect. Very happy, will use them every time now. Richard was great! Charged me less than half than what the dealership quoted me to flush my transmission.

Our car was leaking coolant badly and had to be towed into the shop. The folks at Carmens had it repaired quickly. I was kept informed of repairs that were needed, the price and expected time when the car would be ready. It was on time and at the price quoted. When another related problem occurred, it was repaired promptly at no additional charge. The folks here are courteous, professional, nice to work with and VERY good at what they do. Really, the best experience I've had with ANY auto repair shop.
