Arizona Auto Repair

I called on Thursday morning right at open to get it in for an oil change. I have to say I feel as though they tried to take advantage of me being a female. they told me I needed a new battery to the tune of $243 ( I declined and took it to get checked elsewhere, my battery is good no need to replace). they told me I needed a cabin and air filter replaced at $43 each. i did this myself and they were both still in good condition no need to replace. they also did not put the closure on my cabin filter just left it on the floor on my passenger side. I asked them to replace the passenger turn signal if under $20. I called and mid check they said it would be over $40. I declined said put back together I will do it. i get home to see the bulb broken and hanging by the wires. To top it off they didn't even clear the oil filter code so I still have the warning showing on my car. All these littles things add up to I will never give them my business again. Beware where you go

Took my car in for service when my wife smelled gas. They checked everything, sent me photos and approval for things. I tasked them with quite a bit of work and they turned it around within a day, I couldn’t believe it. This experience was excellent, if you’re in Gilbert this should be your shop. This is my go to place to keep my 18 year old truck running in tip top shape. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and compared to other shops... they want and ask for your business. They follow up after to ensure repairs and experience went perfect. Heck, my doctor doesn't even do that! They always provide a complete review of what needs immediate attention, what needs repair down the road and addresses exactly what I brought the vehicle in for the first place. They fix it right the first time and always use top quality parts-although they do provide options for budget conscious as well! Shop is clean and friendly environment. Top rate place and recommend for any vehicle!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve worked with most of the staff since I’ve had both my cars serviced here and all are knowledgeable, friendly and always honest. Can’t ask for more. I had a ‘head scratcher issue’ with my Prius engine light. They took it, worked on it, fixed it and said to bring it back if it continued. I brought it back 3 weeks later and they redid the work others weren’t able to solve and resolved it. Go here! Support small honest businesses!
