Was traveling through AZ with my truck and tow camper when my air conditioner went out.. in August. As I baked in the 118 degree sun, I called a couple of places quoted me around $1800 for parts and labor. That seemed ridiculously high, but so did driving another mile without AC. I decided to get some other quotes and I am SO glad I did... I called Surprise Car Care. They took care of me right away, allowed me a space to unhook my camper, And had me back up and running in a day...I also had them give me a synthetic blend oil change... and it was over $800 less than the other guys!!! It was the best car repair experience I’ve ever had. I hope I never break down again, but if I do and I’m within a 100 miles of AZ, I’m going to Surprise Car Care!

These guys are my new go to mechanics! They are professionals of the highest caliber and I was very pleased with their level of communication during the duration of having my vehicle. Highly recommend Surprise car care for all your vehicular needs💯. Plus they work closely with a finance company, which was really nice because car repairs can add up quickly and they helped make it manageable. A+ plus service!

Avoid at all costs. I found this place by looking on Yelp and it looked really good. Although management IS nice/friendly and I do believe they wanted to resolve my issue (they could not), that does not makeup for the subpar work their mechanics did. I liked that this place is family owned and operated but in the long run I should've just taken it to the dealership in the first place. Shame on me for wanting to save time and money, right? If you do decide to come here, double check under the hood to make sure they closed every thing and put stuff back the way it goes. Even if you just took it for a simple oil change, they "check" to see if they need to up-sell you on anything but forget to make sure what they "checked" is put back correctly.

Had great communication and worked to get my truck back on the road ASAP. They were very professional and had a quote for me within a couple hours of my vehicle being there. They text you a inspection link which is very detailed. Thanks, Surprise Car Care for everything. Will definitely use you in the future.
