It was great service and a good price too!

So, this parking lot is extremely tight as well as very busy...it shares parking spaces with several other car care businesses. This owner, was so inconsiderate of a space that he leaned into a customers car window to demand that he move to another location to await service in nearly 100° weather!!! If he wanted or even needed the empty location for an anticipated customer, there is a courteous way of asking...we understand that businesses need to accommodate customers and their convenience but being rude to potential customers and those that are patronizing your business neighbors is just plain stupid and presumptive! Quite frankly this guy came off as an entitled jerk and albeit I was considering him as a referral for my Mustang Car Club for tint as they provide tinting service...I now absolutely advise against using Surprise Car Care as they are truly uncool and inconsiderate! Life is too short for mean and impatient people!!! People show you who they are the 1st time...believe them!!! UPDATE...this was not meant for All Valley Car Care but for Fantasy Window Tinting! The previously described encounter happened with a guy that came directly from the Fantasy Window Tint bay. It appears they rent a space from Surprise Car Care and definitely demanded that the customer move from a location marked Surprise Car Care. I am only trying to be fair in response to the owners subsequent response, explanation and apology on behalf of his rude neighbor or tenant. All Valley yes, Fantasy Window Tinting ...NO! I changed my rating due to a fair and obviously considerate business neighbor taking the time to explain the circumstances. Thank you All Valley Car Care.

I had a jeep in limp mode and several engine codes which caused me a lot of anxiety trying to decide whether it was worth it to have it repaired. I love my jeep but she has 230,000 miles on her and I know she won’t last forever. Talked to Tom at the Gilbert location and he gave me the confidence to believe they would do great work for a fair price. That is exactly what they did ‘great work for a fair price’. They not only took care of all the codes and did the repairs to get her out of limp mode but they took her through emissions for me for a very small fee. I could not be happier with this place and everyone in my household now feels like we have a shop we can use for all our future auto care needs.

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to auto repair. They complete a detailed report of your vehicle and prioritize the things that are wrong. They take pictures of all problem or potential problems and send them to you with the detailed report before they start any work. They are professional and kind. I’ve had to take my son’s truck to them on two occasions for two unrelated issues. The ladies that run the front and answer phones know just as much about the mechanics of a vehicle as the mechanics. Everyone that I’ve dealt with has been kind, professional and personable. They are patient and don’t hesitate to explain things for those of us that are not mechanical. Honest and down to earth!!!

I had my water pump, timing belt, thermostat, and radiator replaced. Mike, Cassie, and the mechanic I spoke briefly to were wonderful. They had my car towed from Glendale to their shop, reassured me of their car care and ability to fix my Sequoia, and were timely in fixing it. They were awesome! And my vehicle runs so smoothly! They treated me well and I felt their prices were very equitable and comparable for all the work they did. I highly recommend them!

I never write reviews but feel my last experience is worth taking the time. I’m extremely appreciative of good customer service skills and I just have to say Mike is probably in the top 5 best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very polite, well spoken, takes his time to explain the problem to you, all while offering very fair pricing. Will come back again!

They are the friendliest group! Always had excellent service with them! They appreciate their customers and treat them with respect! They do great work… we take all of our family vehicles to them!

As always, they fixed the problem with the car in good time at a fair price. We have come here for 20 years because we know we can trust their work & stand behind it.

Once again I needed maintenance service on my 10+ years old Chrysler and once again Surprise Car Care was there for us. Great job and fair pricing. Thanks.
