I have been using Surprise Car Care for my car service needs for almost one year and will continue to use them going forward. I have already referred friends and family to them, as I know they will be treated well. They are always courteous, on-time, and take the time to explain each service and the cost. They are very fairly priced and never try to upsell on repairs that I don't need. I wish I had known about SCC sooner! Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I can’t believe we lived in Surprise for so long and didn’t realize that the best mechanic in town was right here. My little brother is a mechanic and the list of times we’ve been screwed over is lengthy. However, with three cars in the household I can’t go running to my brother every time something breaks. It’s nice to know that Surprise Car Care is there-and I trust them almost as much as I trust my brother. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

If there has ever been a more honest place to go to, it’s here at surprise auto care. I took my car in to get fixed, I got an honest/expert opinion at no cost. Most places were trying to charge me just for a diagnostic. The mechanics here took the time to look at my car, send me pictures of issues and let me know what the problem was. They were honest with me, and did not take advantage of the unfortunate issue with my vehicle like other mechanics. I will highly recommend this place forever!! Service: Transmission

So these guys did an engine replacement for my car (4/5 rating). It took them 4 months instead of 3 weeks, but the quality of the work was there for a great price. The reason for the 1 star: While they were working on my car, someone broke into the car and stole my entire audio setup including Subwoofers, box, and amp. Nothing else was stolen, and there were no signs of forced entry into the car, so it was left unlocked overnight. After over a month of talking and trying to figure it out with insurance and such, I was told I will be getting a check for the amount that was stolen. Great! However, another 2 weeks pass, I call, and am told that there is nothing they can do. If something is stolen from their property because one of their employees didn't lock a car, they should be responsible for replacing it.
