Excellent car shop! Very impressed with service and quality of the work.. Totally genuine and definitely trustworthy. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They do not overcharge and will tell you exactly what needs doing to your car, not try and charge you for things that don’t actually need to be done. Would highly recommend this place!

Had an issue with my power steering fluid reservoir. Called Michael at All Valley Car Care Gilbert, and he got me in immediately. Rather than trying to up charge me for a bunch of non necessary stuff like most mechanics do, Michael did a full diagnostic and determined a simple flush was all it needed. Will definitely be going back to All Valley Car Care Gilbert for all of my mechanical needs in the future! Service: Steering/Suspension

I trust these dudes...and i dont trust anyone. Very detailed, open conversations about whats needed, pictures, great communication. I had taken my truck to three mechanics before them and spent well over $1500 only to have the same issues. Called to have a leaking motor mount replaced and ac checked for leaks. Although we tried the past two summers to find leaks, the owner said he had a new ac guy in the shop and might have some luck, so we went with it. Dropped the car off this past Friday and received an update shortly after stating that all 3 of my motor mounts were under warranty and they were going to replace the since they were bad. Score. AC guy was also able to find that my two valves had leaking gaskets and was able to repair the ac for two $15 gaskets and a quick vacuum/recharge. Score. Had them do a service maintenance for my transmission fluid since they stated it was old and black and I figured since I saved $$$ on the cost of motor mounts, I may as well spend the money getting my fluids taken care of. They always check in to make sure my issues were resolved and give me timely updates through the day on vehicle status. And what is nice is they take several photos of your vehicle to show you how things look and the wear and tear going on so when they make recommendations they have proof and not just trying to convince you other wise. Also, they are next to a Dutch Bro's so if your wait isn't long you can grab something to drink and hang out. Been going here for 5 years since moving into the neighborhood. They have serviced my '04 Xterra and '17 Traverse. Services: Air conditioning, General repairs & maintenance

encountered the best and most honest business that I have ever dealt with in the valley that employees people with integrity, knowledge and who are competent that I can trust to do the right thing. James the manager and Steve the mechanic were both up front and transparent with me about my transmission issues. They called me in after they removed my transmission to show me what the problem was and the cause of it. The price was a very fair quote and they had it fixed the same day.
