Took my car here to get a miss fire fixed and they stated they fixed it after getting the vehicle back I didn’t even get two blocks away and same exact issue looked in my engine bay and found a cookie. When I called and asked about it Mel stated her techs couldn’t afford cookies. Then the next excuse was that the harness the replaced crumbled up and fell on the head of the engine. To me the picture looks like a cookie to me. Please tell me I’m wrong if it’s not a cookie. Took the car to fire stone they physically showed me that the harness they replaced was hooked up wrong and they replaced to coils. The issue was that they hooked up the wiring harness wrong and the spark plugs were bad even tho surprise car care stated there were good.

We always bring our vehicles here for maintenance and repairs. They are honest, do great work, and give us many options. They are never pushy and will always tell us the pros and cons of repairing certain things or waiting for a different time. I will continue to come here and recommend them.

The people are friendly and professional. I needed to have some warranty work performed and they were very accommodating and prompt in completing the work. Very pleased!
