Surprise car care always does a great job taking care of my vehicle. I had a few issues that I didn't have time to deal with and they took care of them quickly and affordably for me in short order. My vehicle runs like it was almost new thanks to Michael and his team. Very reasonable, offered me a couple levels of repair and I went with the middle level which fit my budget and helped me keep driving my current vehicle as I really don't want a car payment. Thanks again guys. When I need auto maintenance or repairs I will be back.

I recently had to replace the engine in my SUV. Mike was so wonderful! He got my SUV done in less than a week!!! Customer Service is exemplary. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. My CVT transmission went out .....dealer wanted over $5K!!!!!! Got it done here for far less than half! Super friendly and kept me posted on the progress of the installation. Will definitely take my cars there for ANY service! !
I also took my truck in for check engine light, they put it on a smoke machine and they couldn't find the right part so they put a spark plug boot on my evap leak. two days later my check engine light come on, I took it back mike said he would look into the part and get back with me.Been a couple weeks and nothing. Not impressed wont recommend anyone take vehicle there if this is how they do business..
Went there today. Called yesterday to let them know I was dropping off my car before open (6:30am) for a check-up. It wasn't until I called at 2:45pm that I found out that my car had been ready for hours and that they had done work on my car without my authorization. They also found some issues with the car but didn't even offer to fix it. I was stuck paying something I never even authorized. In my previous experience from numerous garages. I'm used to the oil change being done...THEN a call from someone telling me the oil change has been done, any issues they found with my car, and if I want them to fix it that day as well as estimates. This never happened at All Valley Car Care Phoenix. Next time I'll stick with better known garages instead of picking somewhere close to my job. On a more personal note I don't like how it smells like an ash tray in there. Also think it's unprofessional how they let dogs in and out of the office.
