Absolutely horrible service. Incompetent techs with lazy unprofessional managers. Spent 3 hours waiting for them to do the 30 minute job of switching rims from one vehicle to another. 3 hours later and they put the rims back on the original vehicles. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy.

The people here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and really care about what they are doing. You can totally tell they are honest individuals as well as the company as a whole. They know my name when I come in and are willing to spend extra time to explain everything and anything regarding the services being done with my car. I recommend this place highly!

Brought my car in for full service after 95k miles and was able to get everything done. Got new brakes, a tune-up with oil change and general vehicle maintenance. Friendly repair shop and excellent service! 100% satisfied! Would be happy to refer any of my friends! The only place for guaranteed auto repairs in Arizona!

For fast, reliable service from great mechanics, come to Surprise Car Care. A couple months back, my Honda Civic started having some electrical issues. The one thing that worried me was finding a reliable mechanic.The first place I went to wanted to charge near 200 dollars to fix it, which did'nt sound right. Once I brought it into Surprise Car Care to get it checked I felt much better. Mike brought the car in and showed me exactly what and where the problem was, and he assured me that it was a small issue that could be easily fixed. Since then the only place that I trust to bring my car for any issue is Surprise Car Care.

Mike's a good dude. I had about $1200 in odds and ends done on a vehicle I had just purchased. He didn't recommend anything I didn't need and made sure I understood the reason for the work being performed. Prices were fair and he got the job done on time.

I've taken my car here multiple times. Always a dead-honest assessment, great work, and Mike (the owner) will never try to sell you shit you don't need. Seriously, bring your car here. Mike is now my 'car guy'

Wow!!! An honest mechanic!!! Found Michael on Yelp and I am so pleased! I just moved here from Texas and had no idea where to go when my turn signal stopped working. I pulled in and he came right out to help. Looked at my truck and within 10 minutes was ready to get the part and fix things right up. When he discovered the part wouldn't work, he managed to repair the old part!! So glad I used Yelp, I will never take my truck anywhere else. Friendly, well-priced and prompt! I only waited 20 minutes, at an auto shop!!! Awesome!!!

The only thing I hate is paying for labor on a battery. They should throw that in. Everyone is great here. I know as a man I should replace it myself but if you are buying something from somebody, then I expect great service.

Took my Benz here after being told I had an "electrical nightmare" by another shop and estimated it to be over $1K. Surprise Car Care found and repaired the issue the same day for 75% less than quoted at the other place! I had another small issue that Mike and his team fixed again the same day also at a very good price compared to the dealer. A follow up call a few days later from the owner proved that Surprise Car Care stands out from the crowd. For honest auto repair at a fair price this is the place to go!

My family has been going to Carmen for 15+ years and through the many different vehicles, he has always helped us keep our cars running well, been honest about what needed to be done (and what didn't) and went out of his way to take care of us. It is nice to have a service provider that you can trust and feel good about working with. I have lived in Litchfield Park and Chandler, and still gone the distance to take my vehicle to Carmen's.
