Arizona Auto Repair

I have an older car which I had been taking to the dealership for repair and maintenance. Of course, they were more expensive, but I felt they knew my car. I have been in for a couple of different things but out of the blue they tell me something needed to be repaired to the tune of $500. I was suspicious since that was the first time I'd heard of it and I had been in the shop 3 times in the last 3 months. I decided to check out other places. The first place I tried was Desert Car Care. They inspected it and told me that the item in question did not need to be replaced. I definitely feel they are trustworthy and would not hesitate to go back for myself or recommend them to others.

So far I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from this place. The people are super nice and very professional. I have been taking both of my cars here for awhile now and they always do a great job. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns and their prices are reasonable. The best part is these guys are very personable and I feel comfortable talking to them. This is a huge plus for me because I'm a shy person and they don't make me feel intimidated or pressured like some other mechanics have in the past. I feel like they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great service!

I had a great experience here today. The owner is super nice and actually cares. I appreciate that he was honest and looked up my vehicle information before quoting me a price. The waiting area is awesome. There are big leather couches, large tv with direct tv and soda! I didn't mind waiting here since I had all of these goodies. The waiting area was also very clean and looked presentable. They offer synthetic and non synthetic oil changes.

I have went to Carmen for more than 25 years. Every repair has been excellent. Years ago I moved more than 25 miles away but will make the drive to Carmen's because he is the only mechanic I trust. I always know that the work will be done professionally and the bill will be more than fair.

Excellent car shop! Very impressed with service and quality of the work done here. Staff are really friendly especially the owner Matt. Totally genuine guy and definitely trustworthy. I originally came across this shop as my car broke down nearby, they gave me help when I was I need and took the time to help me out even though they were busy in the shop on a Saturday! They do not overcharge and will tell you exactly what needs doing to your car, not try and charge you for things that don't actually need to be done. Would highly recommend this place!

When I brought my car in to get my AC repaired every one there was very nice and professional. My A.C. is working great and they did an inspection on my car for repairs that need to be done. I am a mechanic by trade and I will always use them for all my repairs.
