Very pleased with the work that was completed and the level of customer service for our 2008 Prius with 152K miles. Lance kept us appraised of the progress of our brake job, as well as the complete cost which came in lower than the dealer's estimate AND they checked on things the dealer hadn't. The car no longer makes a sound! Thank you!

We use to use a different shop here in Surprise but I got so tired of the pressure to replace anything and everything wrong with my vehicle that I went searching for a new shop. After seeing the reviews for here I decided to give them a try. I love their honesty and the pricing is fair. We have been going for a few years now and I dont see us switching anytime soon. Mike takes great pride in his shop and it shows.

We were in town for Spring Training baseball and our fuel pump went out. I called many car repair shops in Surprise and the amazing staff at Surprise Car Care got us in and got us back on the road that same day even having to stay a little longer that expected. These guys are the real deal and I would go back every time if I lived in Surprise. Highly recommend!

Carmens Innovation Rocks.I took my truck to Carman and he did a great job working on my truck.Carman and his staff treated me with tender loving care.My truck runs great now and I got great service and the cost was reasonable.Carman is honest and an excellant mechanic.Carmens Innovations was like a breath of fresh air for me.

We had our 2001 BMW in for service last week. Our air was blowing hot air and we were bracing ourselves for a big number$$$ . Mike B took our car into the service bay and later called us that a wire was cut. They reconnected the wire and the Air conditioning came "to life." Total cost $51 versus $1300 with a new compressor. We are truly grateful for the 100% honesty and true professionalism of Surprise Car Care. We highly recommend Surprise Car Care for your automotive needs! We needed our A/C checked out. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment quickly. They were very professional and although they could not fix our problem as our car was a Bentley, but they did provide information we needed and we felt we were treated professionally. Would return for service in our other car for sure
