Brought my vehicle in for 60K mile check up. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked what it would cost and was informed that it started at $85 and went up depending on the work that needed to be done. I asked them to call with the amount prior to starting the work. After 4 hours I still hadn't heard anything so I called back. I was put on with the mechanic who informed me that he had already changed the air filters and was balancing and rotating the tires. I asked the cost and was told $285. I told him I could get the work done cheaper at the dealership and his response was, "what do you want me to not do". I responded, "You were supposed to call me before starting any work". His response was "What do you want me to not do". I told him I don't want you to do anything I will be by to pick up my vehicle. I strongly recommend that you don't go to All Valley Car Care Phoenix unless you want to get ripped off.

Check engine light came on in Wikieup late on Friday night. One of my family members has had work done here before and recommended them. They got me in on short notice and stayed late to finish the job. Was reasonably priced too.

I wish they were a bit closer but these guys are fair and honest. I'm happy to drive a little bit further to get quality service that is prompt and doesn't break the bank.

Had a great experience at carmans. Thought I had a throttle position sensor problem so I took it to him to have it looked at. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed in a matter of a few hours. Very knowledgable and was able to explain what the problem was so that I could understand it. Great job

Carmen is a very good mechanic who will not rip you off. He treats you like family. Fair and honest.

I thought the clutch went out in my car because shifting became increasingly difficult. I took my car to All Valley Car Care Phoenix, and they discovered that my brakes were the real problem. The cost of the repair was still reasonable, and my car was back on the road in 24 hours.

One of the few honest mechanics in Phoenix! My family adopted Carmen as our family mechanic over 10 years ago when he exceeding our expectations on the first visit. Since then he, and his team, have consistently pleased us upon every service. Prices are more than reasonable, maintenance is quality and service is quick. Carmen personally test drives each car upon arrival and then again upon completion of the service to ensure the issue was fixed. I've never known any other mechanic to do that. You could literally pay your bill and never even know if they touched it; well, not at Carmen's! Today I dropped my car off to replace the timing belt (as recommended by the mechanic who did my smog check in CA), but when Carmen looked at them, he said they were fine and wouldn't need replacing for another 20,000 miles. Any other mechanic would have done the work just to get money and probably added additional services to the bill. We are thankful to have found a honest mechanic and highly recommend All Valley Car Care Phoenix!
