Over the last few years we have trusted our vehicles exclusively to surprise car care based on their professionalism, affordability and amazing reputation. One thing that truly sets them apart is there caring attitude towards their customers. That isn't just limited to the owner but all of the technicians as well. If you want a job done right the first time at a price you can afford and to be treated with respect this is the auto repair shop for you.

I trusted Carmen for many years. My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars at his shop in good faith that he was providing us with honest advice and a fair price. After spending nearly $2,700 on a full tune up on my 2000 Dodge Ram (including front and rear differential flush and inspection) my rear differential went out just weeks later. He advised me that it will be another $3,500+ to rebuild it or $2,700 to get a re manufactured rear diff installed. After he charged me $180 to fill the diff back up with oil and seal it back up I took my truck down to AZ Differential Specialists and they completed the rebuild for less than $1,100 out the door including a 1 year warranty. They advised me that there is no excuse for missing this when they serviced the differentials and that Dodge trucks are notorious for rear diff problems around the 100k mile mark. This repair could have and should have been very minor if they would have inspected the differential like I paid them to do in the first place just weeks earlier. And why the $2,500 price difference for the rebuild? I have completely lost faith in this company and can assure you that I will no longer refer anyone to them. This makes me wonder how much they have taken advantage me and my family over the years. They have lost a very loyal customer for life.

Every time I brought my car to this repair shop, (which is quite a few times actually) Mike and his team were very professional. I know nothing about cars, so I have always been a bit reluctant when I had to bring my car to a repair shop, however Mike always took the time to explain everything to me and he never rushed/pushed me into doing repairs on my car that was not necessary. This is what I love the most about this shop, their friendliness (you always feel welcomed, as soon as you go through the door) and their professionalism. I would recommend this location to anybody, in fact this is what I have been doing and my friends have always been happy with their services.

I am the kind of person that doesn't know very much about cars and when I brought in mine, for the first time to Desert Car Care 8 months ago, it had a lot of issues. The Manager took time to explain everything to me and make sure that I understood. I had to do a lot of repairs on my car over the months, but now it works like a new one! I came in due to brake problems I was having with my car. I had gone to brake plus prior to arriving here who tried lying to me and charging me 500 dollars on a master cylinder plus more that wasn't needed. Mike helped me out and literally saved me from being ripped off. He was super nice and made sure to take the time to get a right diagnosis for my car...It turns out I only needed my brakes bled and new brake pads. They gave me a great deal and were very understanding and very fair with prices. It's hard to find a shop you can trust. I'll definitely be coming back. A very honest shop with great customer service!
