It's nice to have a reliable garage that is only a fraction of the dealer's overpriced services. I also appreciate the follow-up to ensure the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. I also greatly appreciate the honesty. I was considering a service that did not really need to happen for another 10,000 miles, and the suggestion was made to hold off for now. An upgrade to that service could lead to damage to my car, which another service never mentioned. Mark was upfront not only in warning me of the potential damage and giving full disclosure, but also not pressuring an unnecessary procedure at this time. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable and professional. They explained what service I needed and gave me a quote of the cost before I made the appointment.. The biggest plus was that the charge for my repair turned out to be significantly less than I was quoted. The reason was that the fluid used in my repair was less expensive than expected and the saving was passed on to me. What a great and pleasant surprise. The only knock i could mention is location - not a very convenient location - but the positives far outweigh that, thus the 5 star review. Mark was honest and genuinely driven to find the root cause of my issues with the transmission and fuel injectors. They saved me thousands of dollars by finding the high pressure fuel pump having caused all 9f my symptoms. It was not a bad transmission after all!
