Always very friendly when I have a service done on my car! Very reasonable and the work is top notch- I'm on SS so when I found Surprise Car Care and how they were so truthful about repair needed, was so much appreciated! Surprise Care Car will always be my car repair place. I have now been here for different repairs

I had an appointment to bring my car in for approximately $2000. In repair\ maintenance. There were several people ahead of me checking in their vehicles. The person working behind the desk was not wearing a face mask. I decided not to hang around and wait in a room where face masks are not worn indoors. If employees at Surprise Car Care don't care enough about the health and well-being of their community by mandating their employees wear a face mask then I don't care enough to give them my business.

I take my truck here for all my mechanical problems and service! They are always very acomidating and professional!! I am happy with and surprised by the good prices!! They have done a great job keeping my high mileage work truck running and I preforming like I need !

Surprise car care was very professional and very patient with my situation. Everyone I talk to explained things well and helped me understand the cars diagnosis. They always called me back and gave me a detailed description with pictures explaining the work they needed to be done. I will definitely go back there for all my car needs!
