I have used this business several times over the years. I’ve never been disappointed. The pricing and workmanship are always outstanding.

Do not, NOT take your car here. I dropped my car off on a Monday with a check engine light and other things I wanted to get checked out. Tuesday evening comes along and I haven't heard anything so I call them. They said they didn't get to it that day so they'd get it in the morning. Wednesday afternoon comes along and nothing, so I call and they said they needed to replace two O2 sensors and the fuel pump. I authorized it and they had to order parts and said they'd get to it Thursday. I live around the corner, so I stopped by and checked in. They said they hadn't gotten to it again, but it would be done by Thursday night since they HAD the parts there. Just before closing time I called and they STILL hadn't gotten to it saying there were no open lifts available, and that my repairs would take a long time because they had to remove the fuel tank. I had driven past several times that day and saw multiple open bays and open lifts. They said it would be done by noon Friday. 130 comes and they still hadn't called me. I called and they said it was being worked on as we spoke, which I honestly didn't believe one bit. They FINALLY finish at around 430 on Friday. 5 days to get two things repaired. These people are lazy, liars, and swindlers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Gilbert care care service was just awesome. Professional and outstanding customer service. James was awesome with the process and upfront with everything. Micheal the owner follows up after the work is done to make sure everything went okay and satisfied with the work! They definitely have my business going forward and the should have yours too!

I’ve been taking my truck here for the last 2 years. Each time has been a great experience, especially during Covid. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I trust these dudes...and i dont trust anyone. Very detailed, open conversations about whats needed, pictures, great communication. I had taken my truck to three mechanics before them and spent well over $1500 only to have the same issues. They fixed my truck and all the issues the other mechanics caused all with a warranty, quick service, and a smile. Im a customer for life!

Mark and Mike were very helpful and did a good job at fixing what needed to be addressed. Car was completed as scheduled. Would recommend their services

I found this place after becoming annoyed with the dealer. Mark who answered my call was really kind and helpful. He was able to pull the code on my car for free! (The dealer wanted $150). So far I have had a couple items worked on here and I am happy I found this place. They are polite, quick and honest. I don't feel pressured and they explain everything so that I understand what is going on. I honestly won't go anywhere else now because I feel like I can trust this place. If you are looking for a good mechanic shop I definitely recommend here!
