I brought my car in here to find out what was going on with my A/C. They had charged my system and nothing happened so they decided to look for hard codes the car may be throwing out and sure enough they pinpointed the problem down to a $30 sensor in my dash. They were honest, straightforward, and honesty the nicest and most respectful people I’ve came across in awhile. They treated me very well and I have recommended them to many friends and family. I can honestly say they went above and beyond and you don’t get that with many places anymore.

Just discovered Surprise Car Care, and glad I did. The guys there are professional, courteous, and just all-around great to work with. I brought my Daughters truck in on a Thursday afternoon, within a few hours they had diagnosed the problem, given me an estimate, and said they could have it ready by the next afternoon. Great! Everything went exactly as they'd said and the estimate and the bill matched nearly to the penny. I will be taking all my cars here in future!

Great mechanic experience! Not only did they diagnose and fix my problem at a fair price in a timely manner, they did a complete inspection and let me know what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. No high pressure up sell. Completely honest and even told me they would not spend the money on certain things at this time, they just wanted me to be aware. Lastly, they even test drove my vehicle after the repairs to ensure everything was correct. (I have been to dealerships that say they test drove but the mileage was the same as when I dropped it off.) Surprise Car Care doesn’t only care about your car, they care about their customers. I highly recommend them for all your car care!

Ok. I am not quite sure that I don't dislike this place. I paid a very large amount of money for my car to be fixed. I have been waiting for about 10 years to buy a car. I recently purchased a new to me car. I quickly realized it ran hot so Surprise Car Care came to me as a referral from my daughter and I already had to bring it back to them because get this... I drove it to my house from my work place.... It was so hot... I had to add a gallon of water to the reservoir. It seems to me like the mechanic didn't let the thermostat even open and I was sure charged for 50 dollars of coolant. The only thing I saw under my radiator was water. So yeah they warranty their work but you please tell me. They only did what I told them to do but they did it at the cost of me getting stranded again. The owners are brilliant and the mechanic is not.... That's all I can tell you but I promise to keep you posted as to how this ends.

I’ve taken my right hand drive Jeep here about 3 times and I have never been disappointed. I was wary at first cause it was a new place for us but I’ve been taking my vehicles here and recommending others to do the same. Professional service 100% Michael and his crew will not cheat you. They tell you like it is and they don’t pressure you to get things done if you need to space out some maintenance. They will let you know what’s immediate and what can wait. I use my Jeep for work and beat the heck out of it. They’ve served me well and keep me working. Every time I get services done they reach out to me a few days later and ask me how it’s going. When I recommend others they sent me a thank you letter in the mail!! Just wonderful and thoughtful. Worth every penny for the knowledge that my vehicles are in tip top shape. So far I’ve brought my 2006 Jeep Wrangler and 2009 Nissan Sentra. They have high ratings for a reason!! And if you’re not sure and don’t have friends or family to confide in... trust Surprise Car Care. They will be a friend you can trust.

The guys at Surprise Car Care have always taken exceptional care of both my car and my wife’s. Anytime we have an issue they have been our first call. They give us a thorough analysis of everything that they CAN take care of and also help us to know what is absolutely needed at that time and what can wait. The work is always done well and quickly so that I can get back to using my own vehicle as soon as possible! We never feel pushed to do more than is necessary or spend more than we can/need to. I recommend Surprise Car Care to anyone who asks.
