We have had our vehicle in for repair and service at Surprise Car Care 3 times and have been extremely satisfied with them every time. They are very thorough and go over all the options with you beforehand. We think their prices are fair and they do not pressure you if you chose to skip one of their recommendations. When we are in the area, we will always return to them for our car care.

I have been taking my car to Mike for probably about 5 months now. They care about their customers and I've never had to wait to get my car in and I get it back quick. They are smart and always resolve my car issues. They are great people! This is my second review for Surprise Car Car. I have probably been going here for a little over a year now and these people are great people. Mike, the owner gives amazing customer service and so does Michael B. I drop my car off and talk with them about my concerns and leave there peaceful knowing how honest these guys are. They always call soon after to see how the work they did is and if everything is ok. You want quality work on your vehicle? You want great mechanics that know there stuff and unparalleled customer service? Well, here’s the place.

All Valley Car Care Phoenix auto shop is quickly becoming my "Go to Shop". Sage checked me in for an oil change and this USB receptical install. I found out the car didn't need a fuel filter....because it doesn't have one. Weird, I thought. . I needed a USB electrical receptacle installed in the Miata. Carmen totally nailed the install. Looks professional and is wired hot, so I can have fulltime power for 2 USB devices. My dash cam and phone cord. Thanks Carmen. You chose the best installation location, modified the receptical and it turned out great. This was very delicate and tricky job to do in a confined space. Without going into a long story of my disappointments at other shops, I just wanted to say that Matt helped me out today. He quickly knew what was needed and how to do it. I will be back and for sure will send my friends and family.

This will be my go to repair shop from now on. A great honest repair shop. Worth the extra drive from my house.

Great place. Owner works on premises. They made sure to take care of the little details like resetting my oil change timer and notifying me of my 90k mile maintenance. I won't be going anywhere else!

Carmen was excellent ! He knows how to fix ANYTHING !! CARS AND TRUCKS... great prices too ! I have been recommending his shop continuously. He replaced the Alternator and PCV Valve on my 94 Pick up.

Been taking all my cars to Mike for about 5 years. He's not the cheapest guy in town, but he's one of the very few mechanics I trust implicitly. The first time I took my car to him was after 2 shops told me my car needed a new power steering pump and was going be a few days. I took it to Mike from a friend's recommendation and within 30 minutes he spotted a tiny little pinhole in a breakline that was allowing air to go into the pump and caused the pump to cavitate. Mike replaced the hose and i was on my way an hour later. All it cost me was a $5 hose and an hour of labor. His labor is a little higher than others, but much much lower than any dealership. But that additional cost is definitely worth it in knowing I'm getting what my car actually needs, not just strapping new parts on and hoping that fixes it. His shop is plenty busy, and he doesn't need to "find" work to do on your car. But if he spots something that could become a problem, he'll let you know but won't give you the high pressure sales pitch to fix it. There are some things he just can't do because a lot of newer cars need reprogramming, etc etc... But Mike is always my first call when ANYTHING goes wrong with any of my cars.
