I spoke to Michael and after explaining what I needed, he told me that I could NOT watch what they do to my vehicle. No wonder people get ripped off by mechanics, they don't want you to see what they do. On top of the $109 diagnostics fee. No thanks. Bad vibe just from the phone, can't imagine in person. Mike Holsinger, apparently is the owner, he reached out to me, and left me a vm. So to respond, Google reviews are not just for people who "pay", it's for people's experience in person by phone, it's interaction. Mine happened to be over the phone. I called around and found many other places that didn't charge a diagnostic fee, and they seemed more concerned.

I bring my car here because I trust Mike and the work his techs do plus he is honest and genuine. If ur looking for places to bring ur car :stop look no further and make your appointment w this place. Seriously.

If you are looking for a place that you can simply trust, then this is it. The last time we went there I had gotten a quote but then had to send my son in with the car. When they finished they actually charged him less than the quote. I have seen shops take advantage of inexperienced customers and SCC did the exact opposite. I would recommend them to everyone!

I love this place. I've only had two service appointments with them but am so far very impressed. I like them for a couple of reasons. 1. Price - they are very competitive. 2. Honest - They haven't tried to sell me any BS service. 3. They care - I over heard them talking about one of their customers who had just gotten in an accident, some young kid. I'm not sure what the circumstances were surrounding the incident. But just as I thought they were going to crack a joke about him being some young dumb driver they both instead talked about how dissapointing that was and just hoping he was ok.

Mike has worked on 2 of our trucks one a major problem and we are very happy with the work. We found Mike when he quoted us about half the price of a local competitors price and we have been fans ever since. Mike and his team do honest, reliable , outstanding quality work at the best price in town.

Multiple experiences with Surprise Care Care and each time left with efficient and quality service. Having someone service your car that you trust is priceless! Thanks Mike and company!

Disappointed after all the good reviews. My understanding was that my rear main seal needed to be replaced. $700 later I am having the oil leaking, on the driveway in exactly the same locations as before I took it in. They gave me some excuses about oil pan needing a new seal which would cost over $1000 while the shop I didn't go to was going to through that in for an extra $250. Disappointed I took it to Surprise Car Care. Surprise, it's still leaking oil in the same places on the driveway and we all know how tight HOA's are about oil leaks. Not so funny part is, I had it at the dealership in August and they never said a thing about oil leaks when they did the maintenance on the transmission.

Very honest company. Gave us the cheapest quote in town to have my aie compressor replaced. They had my car done within a day. They are very friendly and honest. Will not take my car anywhere else!! Dont shop around just guve them a call.

Surprise Car Care took great care of my 2014 Explorer and me. After the dealer telling me I “needed” about $1000 work of maintenance I took car to Mike. He was honest and did just what was needed for half of what dealer quoted.

The got me in same day to look over a used Honda Pilot I was considering purchasing. They took their time looking over it, then gave me an estimate and discussed with me what work it needed done and if it was a good purchase overall. Due to that recommendation and their great customer service, I not only am the proud owner of the Pilot, I've also found a new place I trust to keep that Pilot in tip top shape.
