I recently made a trip to Surprise Arizona to visit friends and the day I was leaving back to California my engine light came on and said low oil pressure stop engine. I called my friends who I was visiting and they immediately said have the tow truck take you to Surprise Car Care. They stated they take their cars there and wouldn't trust anyone else. Very honest and excellent work. I called Surprise Car Care and spoke to the owner Mike and explained what happened. He stated it may just need a new sensor but we obviously won't know for sure until you bring it in. He said he will go ahead and order the part to cut some time. I waited 2 hrs for the tow truck!! Then took another 20min to get to the shop. Once they checked out my Tahoe and found it was just a sensor problem they just needed to wait for the part. 30min after I arrived to the shop, the part arrived. I was so grateful they ordered the part when I called hours ago to cut out more waiting time as I needed to get back on the road. Car was fixed and I drove safely back to California! Thank you team at Surprise Car Care!!!

Best experience ever!! When I walked in the gentleman behind the deck Chris signed me in and offered me an uber home for free. One hour later I get full picture inspection of my car, Chris then calls me and goes over the entire inspection, I didnt realize I had an oil leak! After they fixed my oil leak they had an uber pick me up at home. I have never been anywhere that does this level of customer service. I highly recommend Gilbert Car Care, the price was very reasonable

Simply one of the best mechanics anywhere with all the good attributes. This is based on many years and many vehicles taken to Carmen's Innovations and in addition I have been going to mechanics of all kinds for 40 years probably been through at least a hundred and fifty of them Nobody Compares with all the great qualities that this company represents. Honest people, you just don't see this too often with car care. They're not looking for your money. Been there twice, both times they helped us diagnose our vehicles problems and communicated what needed to be done and what could wait. One visit they didn't charge us! Give them your business,

The only place I will ever go to get my car fixed. The owners are extremely friendly and they care for all of the cars in my family. My favorite part about them? They don't upsell parts like other places do. They also post pictures and what they find in an online report for your car. This last time I was there, I bought a used car and had them replace the engine mount. Well because the car had been in an accident, some of the stuff was "misplaced" in the car and basically ruined my engine mounts in 2 weeks. This wasn't their fault by any means, but they completely replaced my engine mounts for free with new and even better bolts than the last ones they used. They are phenomenal workers and they really listen to you and take what you say under consideration. I'm a 20 y/o female but they talk and treat me like I've fixed cars my entire life. Seriously, outstanding work and customer service. They really take their time to get to know their customers personally.

I've had two very positive experiences with this business in the last few months. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and make you feel comfortable leaving your car in their care. The prices are very fair. They keep you in the loop on the status of your repair and even send you a report with photos. I will absolutely be back. Chris and the techs are awesome.
