Disappointed in the level of service. They are under new ownership or new management so I don't think the previous reviews are for the same group of guys. I asked them if they could fix my a/c on a Friday before leaving the vehicle for the day... 5pm rolls around and they call to say it's not done and they'll need to have another tech look at it on Monday. So my a/c wasn't fixed, I had to leave dinner on the table and rush out to pick up my truck before they closed at 5:30. When I got there to pick up my truck, I asked the service manager what I should next, and instead of answering any of my questions, he insisted on arguing with me about troubleshooting and telling me how he was a master tech for so many years and would be leaving this location soon so he didn't care. He spent 5 minutes insulting me instead of providing any level of customer service or help. The a/c wasn't fixed, but I still owed them $120.00. Then had to spend the rest of the evening fixing it myself. I'd find somewhere else to take your car.

I took my truck in over the weekend to deal with transmission issues. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for a low cost. Two days later after I picked it up, I noticed a weird sound that had never happened before. I figured it must've been brought on by my last visit, so I took it in and they quickly fixed it no problem, no charge. I really appreciate the professionalism & respect from the workers, the front man always takes time to explain everything, which I like. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Update: under new management, and just as reliable and honest. My car has been struggling (dealership can't even figure out what's going on) but they have really been working with me to do whatever it takes to find solutions for the issue. They have been honest and kind to take off labor charges because the issue wasn't fixed, and I know they have spent at least a day looking at it and calling around for parts. I'm very happy with their services and will stay a loyal customer because of how well they treat us. Original: Would not trust our cars with anyone else. Everyone is always honest and asks for my input on what the car needs before going ahead to do it like some other places I've been to. Thank you guys for being reliable, efficient, and for doing a good work in helping us to maintain our vehicle

Can not say enough good thing about Desert Car Care. I was referred by my brother, who is the family car kid, and I couldnt be more thankful. They have hands down the best customer service, not to mention they had my car ready in the timeframe they gave and didnt cost me every last penny. I can't thank them enough for making a terrible situation so much better!

They recently changed owners and had some big shoes to fill, which they did. I have never taken my Jeep anywhere else for any service large or small and now that I'm confident in the new ownership and great service I will continue to go to them for any service. Everyone was great there and the pricing is good. Trust in automative service is HUGE and they have my trust!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Surprise Car Care. What I believed was going to be a very expensive fix for my car, was diagnosed & fixed with some elbow grease instead of new parts. I appreciate that they took the time to try the easy fix first. When I have a problem again, I'll be contacting Surprise Car Care. Thank you gentlemen.

They never called me once to let me know what they were finding with my car. They had my car for 2 and a half days without diagnosing the problem either.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Desert Car Care McQueen. My check engine light came on after I tried to do some service on my 2013 Sonata Hyundai. I couldn't figure out what I had done to make the car run so poorly so I took it into Desert Car Care to see if they could figure it out. I was expecting at least a $100.00 diagonostic charge for them to put it on their equipment. Several hours later I got a call from them telling me that my Sonata was ready and that there wasn't any charge. I don't know how much time it took to fix it but they did. Their shop was clean and the service advisor, Patrick, was great. I havn't taken my car to a shop for a long time but I am definitely going back to this shop If I need service in the future.
