This place is awesome. They have worked on both my vehicles and have done an amazing job several times.

The work was done in the time they told me it would take. The cost for the repair was very fair. They were completely customer focused. And I left feeling very confident in the work needed and the work completed. I have found my car "doctor"!!! I will be back for all car needs!!

I have taken two of our cars here so far and have received amazing service both times. After the dealership refused to admit they made a mistake on a previous repair and then wanted to charge us an exorbitant price, I found this gem close by. Matt the owner (a retired police officer) checked us in and went over the repair plan. They found some additional problems that the dealership had missed just one week prior. Both times the cars were done on time and much earlier than I expected, even given the unexpected additional repairs. I never felt like I was taken advantage of, they were making up fake problems to fix, or that they were simply after my wallet. Every one of the workers I have dealt with has been extremely professional and personable. The prices are very reasonable, and I saved a ton over going to the dealership, which had been more than willing to bash local mechanic shops. Well the dealership lost a customer and Desert Car Care Mcqueen gained a loyal one.

Matt scheduled me in when I need and work was done on time. I felt he had very fair pricing and there was no bs that you need this and that. Thanks

Was really happy when I found these guys a couple years ago and planned to be their customer for life. Really trusted them . But they were open on Saturdays before and since Mike left they're closed on Saturdays. Sadly I had to find somewhere else that's not as good, because I work during the week. If you are reading this Matt (owner) and you ever open on Saturdays again let me know!

Very pleased with the work that was completed and the level of customer service for our 2008 Prius with 152K miles. Lance kept us appraised of the progress of our brake job, as well as the complete cost which came in lower than the dealer's estimate AND they checked on things the dealer hadn't. The car no longer makes a sound! Thank you!

We use to use a different shop here in Surprise but I got so tired of the pressure to replace anything and everything wrong with my vehicle that I went searching for a new shop. After seeing the reviews for here I decided to give them a try. I love their honesty and the pricing is fair. We have been going for a few years now and I dont see us switching anytime soon. Mike takes great pride in his shop and it shows.

We were in town for Spring Training baseball and our fuel pump went out. I called many car repair shops in Surprise and the amazing staff at Surprise Car Care got us in and got us back on the road that same day even having to stay a little longer that expected. These guys are the real deal and I would go back every time if I lived in Surprise. Highly recommend!
