Very disappointed with the visit I had. Another shop had told me that for $200 more they would include replacing the pan gasket on my engine when they replaced the rear engine seal. Surprise car care told me after they replaced my rear seal that the pan seal also needed to be replaced and it would cost me $1000. They also told me the motor mounts needed to be replaced. I just had the motor mounts checked by another mechanic who said they were fine and didn't need to be replaced. SURPRISE, services not needed. Very disappointed in their business plan.

The people here are outstanding ! Finally an auto repair shop where I feel like I am dealing with honest people doing honest work. You have no idea how long I have looked for a mechanic that isn't shady and that I feel I can trust. THIS is the place to go !

Came to Matt earlier in the summer having problems with my A/C and we all know you can't drive in AZ without cold air if you want to make it to your destination without looking like the swamp monster. Matt and the team did a great job quoted me almost spot on and the turn around was very quick. Air was as cold when I first purchased the car. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this shop! The a.c. went out on my car so I took it to Surprise Car Care. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. They called and kept me informed on what was needed and waited to do any work until I agreed. Since the car was recently purchased, the dealer agreed to replace the cooling fan, but even without a working cooling fan, the guys at Surprise Car Care got my a.c. working well enough to drive for a couple days until I could get it to the dealer. Great experience all around, will definitely go back for any of our car needs.

Told me upfront what the cost would be and the total was actually a little less. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Never had my phone battery as low as it was and they gave me a charger while I waited for my rental. Mike and crew are awesome.

I tried Surprise Car Care last week when I took my car in for AC service and a few other items. Michael Barra was was great to work with. Explained everything very thoroughly and completed everything on time. Great experience and I will certainly go back.

First let me say the customer service here is INCREDIBLE!! I was recommended to try this place by a friend and I'm glad I did. I only had them do alignment so I can't speak to the other services they provide, but they were very knowledgeable, informative, and fast. This is one of the few shops I have experienced that I would feel comfortable sending my wife to without me being there. I know they would be fair and not try to up-sell things. I would try them out, you won't be disappointed.
