It is hard to find a auto service place that you can trust, and I am here to say that I trust Surprise Car Care. We have taken our truck there for both maintenance and repairs and each time the staff has been amazing, they are honest, great communication, got us in quickly, and really offered fantastic service.

I try to recommend Surprise Car Care to all my friends and family. Mike is an hard-working guy and is always fair priced. We've been using him for about 4-5 years. You can't go wrong with this company! :-)

We will not trust anyone else with our vehicles. Mike and his staff are VERY professional, they don't over charge, and finding an honest mechanic these days in near impossible, but we found him at Surprise Car Care. We highly recommend this business for ALL your car needs.

We love Mark at Surprise Car Care. He is honest and reliable. When you have 2 kids that drive older vehicles it is important to trust the people that service those vehicles. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else!

I hate taking my car to the shop because it's usually bad news. But, the guys here are friendly and make the experience as good as it can be. They explain the situation and also keep an eye out for other future issues you want to keep an eye on for your car. They aren't pushy about it at all, either. They just give you the information and let you go on your way to decide for yourself. My dad is a mechanic, and so it's that much harder for me to trust a "shop" when I'm far from my home town. But, I trust these guys. I truly feel like they care about their customers and are looking out for you. They also offer a military discount which is fantastic for us!! Highly recommend.

Michael and his team take such good care of my family in keeping our vehicles up and running. Honesty, customer service, and workmanship all top notch. It's hard to find a good mechanic, and I'm glad I don't have to keep looking. Surprise Car Care does an amazing job every time.

I took my truck to have my transmission fixed a few weeks ago. They did an amazing job! They did let me know of other issues wrong with my truck, but did not pressure me into anything other repairs or service than what I brought it in for. My truck is 15 years old with 150,000 miles. It has some issues and can be temperamental. However, the guys over at Surprise Car Care have taken great care of me on several occasions. Has everything been absolutely perfect every single time? No, but the one time there was an issue, they resolved it faster than I expected. I can honestly say they've earned these 5 stars through hard work.

The a.c. went out on my car so I took it to Surprise Car Care. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. They called and kept me informed on what was needed and waited to do any work until I agreed. Since the car was recently purchased, the dealer agreed to replace the cooling fan, but even without a working cooling fan, the guys at Surprise Car Care got my a.c. working well enough to drive for a couple days until I could get it to the dealer. Great experience all around, will definitely go back for any of our car needs.
