They recently changed owners and had some big shoes to fill, which they did. I have never taken my Jeep anywhere else for any service large or small and now that I'm confident in the new ownership and great service I will continue to go to them for any service. Everyone was great there and the pricing is good. Trust in automative service is HUGE and they have my trust!

I was very pleased with the service I received at Surprise Car Care. What I believed was going to be a very expensive fix for my car, was diagnosed & fixed with some elbow grease instead of new parts. I appreciate that they took the time to try the easy fix first. When I have a problem again, I'll be contacting Surprise Car Care. Thank you gentlemen.

They never called me once to let me know what they were finding with my car. They had my car for 2 and a half days without diagnosing the problem either.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Desert Car Care McQueen. My check engine light came on after I tried to do some service on my 2013 Sonata Hyundai. I couldn't figure out what I had done to make the car run so poorly so I took it into Desert Car Care to see if they could figure it out. I was expecting at least a $100.00 diagonostic charge for them to put it on their equipment. Several hours later I got a call from them telling me that my Sonata was ready and that there wasn't any charge. I don't know how much time it took to fix it but they did. Their shop was clean and the service advisor, Patrick, was great. I havn't taken my car to a shop for a long time but I am definitely going back to this shop If I need service in the future.

Carmen is top notch @ his craft, as well as his team of automotive mechanic specialists. They represent professionalism and integrity to the highest degree. We have been taking our vehicles to Carmens for several years now and I am truly thankful. He is as honest as the day is long. His work speaks for itself, he doesn't need to B.S. you, he has more customers than you can imagine. His ethics are beyond reproach and he has saved us a lot of money by just telling you the truth of what's going on with your vehicle and suggesting that some issues don't need to be fixed unless it's bothering you. Because it is not a safety issue, it may be something that is an annoying sound or whatever. My point is he doesn't try to up-sell you on anything. Thanks Carmen & your team.

Dealing with the original owner he was nice, informative, straight, and affordable. I would give 5 stars but the business has since been sold and I can't attest to their work and customer service yet, though they are already sending me specials through email, so that's good.

My insurance sent me to Kaizen therefore kaizen sent my car to these guys and they had no idea what they were doing. Kaizen sent them my car to get aligned and I got it back and it wasn't aligned. I called desert car care and they wouldn't deal with me and would rather me go to kaizen and have then deal with kaizen rather than me. Then I went there to get it realigned and waited two hours for them to tell me " there's nothing else we can do go to your dealership and get it checked out. We just had our alignment machine calibrated yesterday" went to my dealership and my alignment test failed. I wouldn't let anyone I know go here with their car. I'm 23 years old and I'm done getting screwed around.

Just discovered Surprise Car Care, and glad I did. The guys there are professional, courteous, and just all-around great to work with. I brought my Daughters truck in on a Thursday afternoon, within a few hours they had diagnosed the problem, given me an estimate, and said they could have it ready by the next afternoon. Great! Everything went exactly as they'd said and the estimate and the bill matched nearly to the penny. I will be taking all my cars here in future!
