We had our 2001 BMW in for service last week. Our air was blowing hot air and we were bracing ourselves for a big number$$$ . Mike B took our car into the service bay and later called us that a wire was cut. They reconnected the wire and the Air conditioning came "to life." Total cost $51 versus $1300 with a new compressor. We needed our A/C checked out. They were very accommodating and scheduled an appointment quickly. They were very professional and although they could not fix our problem as our car was a Bentley, but they did provide information we needed and we felt we were treated professionally. Would return for service in our other car for sure
