I had problems with my brakes several months ago. These guys gave me a reasonable price and they performed the work in a timely manner on front and rear brakes. The front brakes were kinda acting up on my left front side. Matt and his team not only put new pads on my truck under warranty, they also put new front rotors on my truck under warranty. I must tell you that I strongly recommend Matt and Desert Car Care McQueen. I am a customer for Life for people that stand behind their service and take care of their customers. Many Thanks Matt. Surprise Car Care is great! I took my car in for multiple issues and they were great with diagnosing and keeping me up to date every step of the way. They also were honest with what repairs I needed. When there was a problem with one of the parts used they were quick to replace it. I'm very happy with the service and I'll be back for future repairs.

Hands down the best place to get an oil change. They take care of us whenever we go. They always make time to see us even if it's a Friday afternoon. We've tried to cheap out with Walmart but this place is worth it. The manager is always helpful, answers questions & checks if i hear a funky noise! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We needed a general overlook of our vehicle to prepare it for a summer of pulling our camping trailer. Mike showed knowledge and concern over what we needed and was very honest to what needed to be repaired for safety reasons and what we could do to improve comfort for the vehicle. I spoke to Michael and after explaining what I needed, he told me that I could NOT watch what they do to my vehicle. No wonder people get ripped off by mechanics, they don't want you to see what they do. On top of the $109 diagnostics fee. No thanks. Bad vibe just from the phone, can't imagine in person. Mike Holsinger, apparently is the owner, he reached out to me, and left me a vm. So to respond, Google reviews are not just for people who "pay", it's for people's experience in person by phone, it's interaction. Mine happened to be over the phone. I called around and found many other places that didn't charge a diagnostic fee, and they seemed more concerned.

I hate taking my car to the shop because it's usually bad news. But, the guys here are friendly and make the experience as good as it can be. They explain the situation and also keep an eye out for other future issues you want to keep an eye on for your car. They aren't pushy about it at all, either. They just give you the information and let you go on your way to decide for yourself. My dad is a mechanic, and so it's that much harder for me to trust a "shop" when I'm far from my home town. But, I trust these guys. I truly feel like they care about their customers and are looking out for you. They also offer a military discount which is fantastic for us!! Highly recommend.

This was a lesson to me to get more injections in my back and do the job myself. I paid over inflated prices on parts that I cross checked with VW after making my payment and learned the parts were HALF of what this service man told me they cost him. $625 for heater hose assembly and a thermostat housing. SERIOUSLY! He claimed to replace the thermostat but its overheating and not opening correctly. I will be doing it myself from now on. So yeah, $625 and the car is still overheating. Nice huh?
