Car care company that I really trust. Integrity is hard to find in this industry but Mike and his team are straight forward and don't reccomend you change your blinker fluid.

I have known matt for years and it's truly a blessing to have a mechanic that is honest. He and his staff do great work and will never upsell you unnecessary parts/services. I won't take my vehicles to anyone but Matt.

Very upset and disappointed. I took my vehical in to get a few things done, including a tire rotation. They replaced a few lug nuts that were stripped while doing the tire rotation. So i pay for the new lug nuts and go on my way. The next day my hubby goes to change the brakes to find the new lug nuts are a different shape and/or size, they are also stripped. I had to go buy new ones and take my car to ANOTHER shop to get the "new" lug nuts off. It cost me over $100 to fix their mistake! I call Mike at desert car and he tells me that if it was such a big issue i should have brought it in today (3 days after they had it, because they were closed the last 2 days) so we could look at it. 1. I go into work before they open. 2. I have errands to run on my lunch brake. 3. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO! oh and he proceeded to tell me he did me a favor because he didn't charge me to remove my old lug nuts. I thought they were great at first. They made accommodations for me to dropped of at work on Saturday. They also picked me up at the end of the day so i could get my car. He called to tell me things they noticed needed to be done (IE: brake pads and lug nuts). They were also fair in their pricing! I would have definitely went back. Dont ever blame your customer for something that is not their fault and you failed to mention!

I take all of my cars here (3) to be exact. Every time Mike has been fair and honest and they have done an excellent job. My 2000 lexus is still going because of their good work. It now has 225K miles but I am shooting for 300K! With Desert Car Care we will make it happen!

I've worked with a lot of mechanics in my life and Desert Care McQueen is by far my favorite. They're knowledgeable, down to earth and take good care of their customers. I have taken my car and my wife's car many times. I especially enjoy working with Mike and highly recommend to anyone else.

I have an older car which I had been taking to the dealership for repair and maintenance. Of course, they were more expensive, but I felt they knew my car. I have been in for a couple of different things but out of the blue they tell me something needed to be repaired to the tune of $500. I was suspicious since that was the first time I’d heard of it and I had been in the shop 3 times in the last 3 months. I decided to check out other places. The first place I tried was Desert Car Care. They inspected it and told me that the item in question did not need to be replaced. I definitely feel they are trustworthy and would not hesitate to go back for myself or recommend them to others.
