Our experience on a complete brake job was quality work with quality parts. You can get it done for less, but do you want to? Do you want cheap parts? We don't, especially in the brake system. Mark even took me out in the shop to show me firsthand the poor condition of the existing brake components. We would rather have had a shuttle operated by the shop but they got us between shop/home/shop with ride services, which was fine. We're snowbirds who rarely get car work done while here in AZ, but we wouldn't hesitate to return to Surprise Car Care.

Had to get an oil chamber before heading on a road trip Eastward. Easily made an appointment online. Chris at the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Got my oil change plus a thorough inspection of the fluids, tires, filters, etc. I was all set for my trip. Great service.

I originally brought my car here when I needed a new alternator. They were fantastic and did it with no problems within a few hours. Came back over a year later and they greeted me by name when I walked back in. Every single employee is nice and truly want to get your car in the best shape without any scams. I live in Phoenix and will drive the 25 min any time something's wrong with my car just to come here.
