I spoke to Michael and after explaining what I needed, he told me that I could NOT watch what they do to my vehicle. No wonder people get ripped off by mechanics, they don't want you to see what they do. On top of the $109 diagnostics fee. No thanks. Bad vibe just from the phone, can't imagine in person. Mike Holsinger, apparently is the owner, he reached out to me, and left me a vm. So to respond, Google reviews are not just for people who "pay", it's for people's experience in person by phone, it's interaction. Mine happened to be over the phone. I called around and found many other places that didn't charge a diagnostic fee, and they seemed more concerned.
