Good place. Been taking my car to another shop since before Christmas with the same problem (radiator light randomly showing overheating). Each time they "fixed" it. A week or 2 later i was right back in for the same thing and of course everything looked good. Finally took my car to surprise car care, check engine light came on again. Seems like they finally found tye root cause of this on going radiator problem thats been "fixed". It was leaving into my engine! Ugggh! Thank you surprise car care for looking at my car and fixing it! ****EDIT**** These guys are awesome. Theyve worked on my car a few times since my original review. Always exceptional work and customer service! I needed an oil change and just kept pushing it off. Finally had time so I called them and they got me in same day!! Awesome guys.

Mike always takes care of me and my vehicle needs. He is pleasant to do business with and so are all his other employees. He never tries to scam me to get more money on work that isn't necessary. He is honest and does good work. I will not take my care anywhere else. The level of customer service here is impeccable. I have two young children. Mike picked up and brought my car back to me for free. He cares, and that is what means the most. I recommend Mike any chance I get. He is a pleasure to do business with.

Very trustworthy auto shop with good honest mechanics. They have an excellent customer service. They ordered an Uber ride to take me home after dropping off my car then ordering Uber to pick me up from my house to pick up my car. Would highly recommend.

I called to have car looked at for a significant issue and they were able to fit me in with short notice. Less than a day later I had my car back! A great experience and reasonably priced. Definiely with the trip to Surprise for your auto service needs.

I hardly ever post reviews but this should be shared. I had SCC repair some issues with my car which would take several hours. However, I needed a ride home along with my kids (4) while we waited. They typically call an Uber to drop off and pick up at no charge to the customer. Well, the Uber came and couldn’t fit us 5 in his car. As soon as the owner (Michael) over heard this, he told his office manager to get me the keys to his car instead. Yes!! True story!! He asked me to give him a few minutes to remove a few things and came back with the key. My car is fixed but they gained customers for life. I don’t know any business owner who would do that. We previously have taken our Toyota’s to the dealership only.

Had a quote months ago, and they not only still honoured it the parts were more than expected and price stayed same. Did a fantastic job on my car. Most of other garages didn't even return a call for quote. Yes I am happy customer

Had an engine warranty through GM that they used but then they made up some excuse saying I had to pay for labor and that it wasn't covered. I found out from gm it was suppose to be covered under warranty as well. Labor and all parts.. Was lied to so many times about the price. Then weeks later I had issues with motor mounts which come to find out where broke from the motor not being put in properly.. they initially said it was the suspension and I agreed to pay it. Let's just say after spending over 3k in costs my vehicle still hasn't been fixed. I would never take my vehicle back here or trust them again. Too many lies..the motor mounts were fixed but still found out all my issues I didn't have until after they put my engine in. Imagine that.. they just kept saying a different issue after I agreed to pay them..
