The only place I will ever go to get my car fixed. The owners are extremely friendly and they care for all of the cars in my family. My favorite part about them? They don't upsell parts like other places do. They also post pictures and what they find in an online report for your car. This last time I was there, I bought a used car and had them replace the engine mount. Well because the car had been in an accident, some of the stuff was "misplaced" in the car and basically ruined my engine mounts in 2 weeks. This wasn't their fault by any means, but they completely replaced my engine mounts for free with new and even better bolts than the last ones they used. They are phenomenal workers and they really listen to you and take what you say under consideration. I'm a 20 y/o female but they talk and treat me like I've fixed cars my entire life. Seriously, outstanding work and customer service. They really take their time to get to know their customers personally.

I've had two very positive experiences with this business in the last few months. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest and make you feel comfortable leaving your car in their care. The prices are very fair. They keep you in the loop on the status of your repair and even send you a report with photos. I will absolutely be back. Chris and the techs are awesome.

The team of techs and mechanics at Gilbert Car Care are some of the best and most honest around. They treat your car like it's their own and don't make repairs without explaining and showing you everything you need to know.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! All of the positive reviews you have seen were from the previous management company. As you can see with recent reviews (including this one) the new ownership and employees are absolutely TERRIBLE!!! After having my oil changed here, I brought in my Honda Accord to have the brakes done since the owner Michael offered to give me such a great deal. One of their employees said they "had" to replace the air filters because they were so dirty. Shortly after having my brakes done and air filters replaced, the car started having several brake lights come on (ABS, traction AND brake light) as well as the air conditioning working normal and then not working at all, frequently changing back and forth. Mind you, I have NEVER had a single issue before with my Honda at any dealership or shop UNTIL taking it into these MORONS. When we took it back for them to look at it, they denied any responsibility and claimed it was purely coincidental all these issues started to occur. Then said that the ABS lights were a safety issue that would cost over $1000 to fix. For all we know, it may only be a censor that costs $5-10 bucks to be replaced but the bottom line is that these guys had no business touching our car and after the fact, offered no ownership over the mistakes THEY clearly made. Words of Advice: DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money and even go to a dealership over these jerks. These guys do not know what they are doing! Just an additional update as well: Looking back on their report given to me for when they "replaced/fixed" my breaks, there was no resurfacing of the rotors (which my dealership later told me should have been done) which basically means they told me they would give me a great deal on new brakes but essentially slapped a bandaid on the rotors knowing that my brakes would get worn down faster which means I would have to take this back in to them sooner. Any legit shop would have resurfaced the rotors while replacing the brakes if that needed to be done. These guys were just out to make a quick buck and expect me to come back shortly after just so they could charge me more in the long run.

These guys took great care of me and my vehicle, they really bent over backwards! They even gave me rides to church twice. They also ended up doing some of the work for cost and some even out of their own pocket, just to give me a great customer experience. My car has been driving beautifully since. Thank you!

Amazing new owner. They really go the extra mile to make sure you and your vehicle are taken care of. Just try this place once and you will know what I mean. Great people in the front office and great people in the back working on the vehicles.

I didn't have a good experience there, brought the car in, expensive for the job quality they did since I ended up with extra broken parts in my interior when they were to fix something under the hood! Grease and hand marks on the side of the car, wheel and shifter they never wiped off. Brought it back when called for them to fix what they broke when told bring it in and we will fix it ASAP, got there and told, we are full right now you'll have to wait until we are done with other customers cars. One of the guys there both days had an attitude. I won't be bringing my car back for them to work on it, I'll bring it to the dealership to have them fix what this place broke and get it to shift correct since I have to force it into Drive now! Don't believe the past reviews since seems to be new management or new ownership! They get 2 stars since Tucker was nice and professions the other guy in the front should be retrained and sent to some classes to deal with the public!

Disappointed in the level of service. They are under new ownership or new management so I don't think the previous reviews are for the same group of guys. I asked them if they could fix my a/c on a Friday before leaving the vehicle for the day... 5pm rolls around and they call to say it's not done and they'll need to have another tech look at it on Monday. So my a/c wasn't fixed, I had to leave dinner on the table and rush out to pick up my truck before they closed at 5:30. When I got there to pick up my truck, I asked the service manager what I should next, and instead of answering any of my questions, he insisted on arguing with me about troubleshooting and telling me how he was a master tech for so many years and would be leaving this location soon so he didn't care. He spent 5 minutes insulting me instead of providing any level of customer service or help. The a/c wasn't fixed, but I still owed them $120.00. Then had to spend the rest of the evening fixing it myself. I'd find somewhere else to take your car.
