I had a great experience with Gilbert Care Care! I had a little bit of a wait because there was a few things I needed checked and fixed so Chris offered to Uber me home and back when my car was ready! It was nice waiting in the comfort of my own home. They took care of everything and the price was fair!

Chris and his crew are best. They go above and beyond. Completely honest and kind as well. If you are looking for honest and experienced mechanics this is the place to go. Honestly I cannot say enough about their honesty and integrity and customer service. This is the place to take your cars.

The honesty, service, and customer service is far above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other mechanic shop. I just happened upon this place by chance since they are the closest to me and I will be using them all of the time now for all of my car care needs. I have been coming here for a few years, and each time the experience gets better (which is hard to do when the expectation was already high). The guys here are up front, honest, and do quality work. They even have a system where they photograph each issue they've found in your car as proof and send it to you in a comprehensive report. How cool is that? They will even tell you honestly what needs to be worked on now and what can wait. They saved me over $600 on a repair that another shop quoted me on. I know it can be hard to know who to bring your business to, but you wont be disappointed here. Even though we now live 20 miles away, Ilk still take my car here for all its services.

The manager, Chris, will bend over backwards to take care of your car, as will Patrick. I found this place by accident when researching shops I could trust to have work done on my kids' cars, and I haven't looked back. They are straight-forward, honest, and do great work. They'll tell you what needs to be done, give you options, and give you a fair price each and every time.
