Excellent customer and car service! I had several issues with my vehicle and I was able to drop it of and get it back the same day without any inconvinece. Hard working group of professionals. Very nice facility as well.

This place was suggested to me from another place that I stopped at and I am so glad that I went to Desert Car Care I McQueen! Patrick was professional honest and caring from the get-go and what they said they would do they got done always keeping my best interest in mind and what I had to work with. Had a number of small issues and a few big problems fixed at the Guadalupe shop over these last seven years. Was treated fairly and in one case a major repair was attempted and didn't quite make the 100% mark and I was refunded every penny. It was fixed later. Good team and Frank run the show then. We keep returning with all our vehicles Do yourself a favor and employ this business and get your needs met. Thanks to all.

These guys took great care of me and my vehicle, they really bent over backwards! They even gave me rides to church twice. They also ended up doing some of the work for cost and some even out of their own pocket, just to give me a great customer experience. My car has been driving beautifully since. Thank you!

I took my car in for an oil change. Michael was great. He was courteous and helpful. They found a few items wrong with my car but were not pushy and did not try to upsell me. I would go back to them for future car care needs.

Amazing service! I called on Friday at lunch time, was able to drop the car off at 4pm with a potential long list of fixes. They did a fee inspection and determined the most important problems. They had it fixed and ready to go on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Best experience ever!! When I walked in the gentleman behind the deck Chris signed me in and offered me an uber home for free. One hour later I get full picture inspection of my car, Chris then calls me and goes over the entire inspection, I didnt realize I had an oil leak! After they fixed my oil leak they had an uber pick me up at home. I have never been anywhere that does this level of customer service. They recently changed owners and had some big shoes to fill, which they did. I have never taken my Jeep anywhere else for any service large or small and now that I'm confident in the new ownership and great service I will continue to go to them for any service. Everyone was great there and the pricing is good. Trust in automative service is HUGE and they have my trust!
