I have taken two of our cars here so far and have received amazing service both times. After the dealership refused to admit they made a mistake on a previous repair and then wanted to charge us an exorbitant price, I found this gem close by. Matt the owner (a retired police officer) checked us in and went over the repair plan. They found some additional problems that the dealership had missed just one week prior. Both times the cars were done on time and much earlier than I expected, even given the unexpected additional repairs. I never felt like I was taken advantage of, they were making up fake problems to fix, or that they were simply after my wallet. Every one of the workers I have dealt with has been extremely professional and personable. The prices are very reasonable, and I saved a ton over going to the dealership, which had been more than willing to bash local mechanic shops. Well the dealership lost a customer and Desert Car Care Mcqueen gained a loyal one.
